I waited 45 minutes outside in the pouring ice rain in winter while I was 8 months pregnant. I tried contacting them through emails and phone calls but it took the 7th call for them to finally call me back. Eventually the photographer finally arrived, and took my photos. She was very kind and very easy going. On the same day, the management contacted me to pay them a higher priced than what was advertised. After I etransferred them, they then messaged me the correct amount, but I already etransferred them the money.. they didn't give me back the extra amount either. They told me it should take 1 month for the photos to be edited and sent to me digitally. 3 months have gone by, now it's March and I heard nothing from them. I contacted management and she finally messaged me to select the photos I like. Then another month went by.. and they finally send me the photos in a Google drive album. I saved them, but a month later, the photos won't open after I saved them.. unsure why. I tried contacting the management hoping they can help me find a solution, but they completely ignored me. It is now 2 days away from July. Half a year have gone by. I spent $1000 for photos that I have no access to. I hope no one goes through what I went through. This just feels like a scam. I wished to capture my pregnancy in memories, in beautiful photos. They advertised an amazing job for maternity and baby photoshoot, but this pains me and filled me with regret for going to them. I can't even retake the photos with a different company because I already had my baby. I was going to come back to them for baby photoshoot, but now I hope everyone finds a different company to take their photos.

I was very particular with the backgrounds, props and how many shoots for my baby, baby& older daughter & family and ones with my mom. April made sure we got all the shots I wanted and discuss it ahead of time.

Lucy turns on the heat to keep the studio warm for baby so it may get a bit warm for parents who stay for the whole session. We really enjoyed the whole photography session of her photographing our daughter. While her sessions are affordable at $250 but her photos can go on the pricy range depending on what you choose. We ended up choosing the $1100 that was the best package for its value of what is included especially if you want full high resolution images instead choosing the a la carte that may be slightly cheaper but you don't get as much. What I wished that I had done differently in retrospect knowing that we purchased the full package was to have more shot in different wraps, props and outfits.

She took in my student with open arms and was an excellent mentor by showing my students the ropes of the photography industry in Toronto. Being a photographer includes the editing of photos, marketing, keeping up with the latest trends and much more ! Lucy has a beautiful studio on Wallace Avenue - with large windows and sun shining in, it's a great location to have your photos taken. I was able to get some head shots taken by both my student and Lucy - she is a very talented photographer (just look at her on-line portfolio and she works with babies !!) who knows how to make subjects feel comfortable to really enjoy their photo shoot session.
