I was greeted by the receptionist who was just so sweet and knew that my daughter referred me and she complimented her. I met with Sarah, my stylist, and showed her pictures of what I was looking to do. We discussed some things about my hair vs what we see in the pics. She was wonderful! We chatted the whole time. The vibe was great. So laid back while being absolutely professional. Then once she had blown dry my hair, she taught me the easiest technique on how to style it the way I want to. When I looked around most of the girls were on their phones. I was able to get my hair cut, the student did a nice job. But, was on her phone on and off. And I left with wet hair. I think if a rule was made no phones while on the floor, learning the environment would change dramatically. not only were 80% of the girls on their phones they were sitting down while the instructors were working and cleaning.
