Especially in Miami during September and October. They kept me up-to-date via text every step of the way, which was so refreshing and completely surprising. Whereas in the past, I have had car repair shops do whatever they pleased and charged whatever they want. Nothing was done until I gave permission, which deserves absolute recognition. When it came to pricing, I was pleasantly surprised given the fact that Volvo, even as old as ours is, still falls under the category of "European luxury" normally with very high repair costs. The actual cost of everything fell below the national average for the job. They made an almost 80 year-old Vietnam veteran very happy and he was very pleased with the work they did on his Volvo XC90. If I end up, settling in the Cutler Bay, Kendall, or even Doral area(s), they most definitely will be my go-to mechanic for my vehicles.

They come back with this story about me needing a new fuel pump, and three other new parts on the car which was going to run 1,100. I told Grand Prize Chevrolet that I'd had the car there a month ago for a routine repair that went great and all those parts couldn't have gone bad in a month. They said they were right and that I could tow it elswhere if I wanted. My stepdad said, "We'll tow it out of here. All that can't be wrong with the car." We towed it to Nation, Ariel looked at it and big surprise. He found a loose wire under the undercarriage of the car! He fixed the wire and my car had been running great for 7 months since! Oh yeah, and he charged me $95.00. That's right less than $100 bucks. Needlsess to say I took the copy of the repair and went over to Grandprize and asked for my money for the diagnostic charge back. We originally called Tire Kingdom, but they told us the slime is too difficult to clean out of the tire and we'd need a new tire. Though we had a great experience with them in the past, it seemed they were just trying to sell us a tire. So we called this place in the morning when they opened. They're only a mile from our house. They said they could easily patch the tire and even said they could do it right away! My husband took the car in, and with the drive there and back and the service, he was still back home in maybe 20 minutes, and the price was super reasonable! We are definitely going back here in the future if we have any tire issues!
