Folks, I just had to file a dispute through PayPal for a refund this woman refused to allot me…read moreafter she cancelled last minute on us! A claim that was processed and closed in less than an hour with the resolution in my favor with a full refund of $30 and for good reason too! My husband and I were scheduled for an elopement ceremony with Amanda on Wednesday 7/26/17 at 7:00pm, however, upon arrival at this time we found no one to be home. We immediately phoned this provider at the number listed on the website to which we received no answer and proceeded to leave the premises. After which we contacted this woman regarding a refund which she outright refused, then proceeded to insult me and my husband both on the grounds that we "must really need that money." Which, as a matter of fact, we do considering I am a full-time college student with 3 children relying on my husband's single income. But clearly this woman has no regard for other people's financial predicaments. This woman is disgusting and an absolute scammer who thinks she won't be found out. I've even included her email response to me AFTER I was awarded the PayPal refund on my Google review! her resonse? "Enjoy the $5 from paypal lol. I have more than one account... You think you got me, nope. And you won't..You and your husband are pathetic whiners who belong together." For the record, I received the full $30 that PayPal must have just taken on the chin. My advice??? FIND SOMEONE ELSE! She has a track record for conning other folks out of their money too! Just a sad woman altogether ;)

The proprietor/notary stood us up both that day and the day of the ceremony without communicating with us until after we got a hold of her. Stood us up once more after trying to discuss meeting arrangements because she "was at work." The fourth and final time we tried to arrange a meet up but she wouldn't take our calls to discuss a location until calling her repeatedly, thereafter she blocked my number after sending me a nasty email about how my "whining" wasn't her problem and she "gave us every chance to come to her" even though we never discussed directly coming to her until the last time we spoke (not literally to her business, but to some place apparently close to her and across town for us), to which she didn't reply when we asked about meeting closer to a middle ground. Terribly unhappy we went through the whole planning and ceremony process only to have to go through the courthouse wedding procedural

I absolutely recommend coming to Mr Cohen. I'm in the military and I don't have a lot of off time…read moreto take care of business outside of work. Mr.Cohen was very professional and flexible with our limited time. I called him and he contact me back within 30 minutes or less. He even then agreed to meet up with me and my wife the same day for a short ceremony and then went as far as to give us a few minutes of marriage counseling. I truly appreciate him for taking the time out of his day to help us in such a short notice.
