We've been together for a year so far and in that time I was able to see how corrupt this company is and how horrible the employees are treated. My boyfriend's position was field manager and never worked his role this whole time. We had one vehicle together so he drove the company van. Recently, my car has been in and out of the shop. The owner said he'd help get my boyfriend's car up and running way before my car started having problems and never did. So the owner took advantage of us when we had to spend all of our savings to fix my boyfriend's car and he still had to drive the company van. Tried to make him work 12 hours days with no extra pay since his position is salaried and the owners were sitting at home for the day, just kept adding cleaning jobs to his list. Well I told my boyfriend he could leave his position because no person should be treated this way, (let alone their best employee,) and they kept his paycheck. Which means they'll be keeping his last one as well. Most of the managers of the establishments that my boyfriend cleaned, consistently said they wanted no one else from this company to clean their place except him. The owner did help us with the funds it took to move us into our house back in October 2024, we were in the process of paying him back(and would have continued to do so even with him leaving) But we would have never needed his help if he would have paid my boyfriend the bonus he promised when he striped and waxed the catholic schools last summer(this also required extra credentials that my bf did not have and they made him do them anyways) and helped him fix his car like he said he would. I've never had to leave a review like this for a business and I have worked at some pretty crappy places. Steer clear of Cam's commercial cleaning whether it's for a job or to hire them. I'm doing you a favor.

How I know this is because instead of telling me what I supposedly did wrong so I could fix the mistakes and improve, they told me they had to let me go and treated me like I'm an idiot. They don't treat their employees well and they have absolutely no empathy.
