At this point, I was so irritated and I decided that I was never gonna come back again and I never did. At my first appointment, they completely messed up my mouth and then tried to gaslight me into believing it was something I had done in my sleep, rather than admitting they had injected the wrong muscle, which made my mouth completely crooked. By my last appointment--when they had already lost my trust--they ended up botching my forehead as well. I had to go to a different place in Calabasas to have it fixed. The staff is really sweet, and I wish them the best, but they need more training or should work somewhere more professional where they can learn to inject properly and not scam people.
