My lashes are perfect every single time. Gia always gives me the perfect amount of volume for me (not too much, not too little). I feel like the pricing is very good as well compared to some other places in Redding. After the first set (which will typically lose more lashes), I haven't lost many lashes. I hate being that person that writes bad reviews but this place got to me. I was getting a lash transfer done here because they advertise volume lashes. After paying the $50 for the deposit I arrived to my appointment excited to have big beautiful lashes. I walked in and asked if she was my lash lady. She did not smile and greet me warmly. She looked pretty miserable as she shoved me in the chair and observed I had mascara on. Mascara that was sold to me called "natural touch" made specifically for eye lash extensions. She then proceeded to spend the next hour taking off my old lashes and lecturing me about mascara. What I found the most off putting was the comments about my other lash lady. I was not unhappy with her work. I just wanted volume lashes and immediately was told they do not do Instagram lashes. I would have to shorten the pair I currently had and never wear mascara again. What'a the point in paying for lash extensions at that point?! I left the salon with half the lashes I arrived with and was horribly confused over the hour I had spent $100 on. I was then told I would have to reschedule a fill for another $65 and purchase a $70 lash serum if I wanted fan lashes. All I can really say is "wow" after a week of processing that terrible appointment. I immediately had 3 teeth extractions that same day. I've been recovering from Oral surgery and have decided this review must be left. I felt very uncomfortable and found the lash tech to very pushy. They are very young and very gossipy. They gossiped over other clients and other lash techs in the area. Unbelievably unprofessional. read more

This service was out of a horror movie. I received a volume set of eyelash extensions from Alexa Bunker, DBA Esthetics by Alexa. As soon as my service began she began chatting to her friends about her crazy night out and how her hands were shaky because she accidentally ran out her weed cartridge - with tweezers next to my eyes. I was surprised the other stylists agreed with that they normally perform service while under the influence. Regardless, this was a super rushed and improper application. Someone who is brand new to lashes and doesn't have enough practice finished a full volume set in 2 hours, when the service is supposed to be 3.5 hours. I have never had a lash tech finish a full set in under 3 hours for how many lashes I have. My eyes felt heavy and were stuck together from too much glue, my lashes immediately started falling out as she clumped some lashes together, and I wasn't able to open my eyes without stinging and tears falling down my face. After this service, she knowingly overcharged me by $50 than the agreed upon price. I ended up having to have them removed a few days later in an emergency due to severe eye pain - in which I was told was due to the eyelash extensions. I now have developed a condition where my very few eyelashes that I have left have been broken off, turned in, and scratch my eye with every movement. I tried to resolve this but was immediately met with the blame game on how it must be someone else's fault, though I have received eyelash extensions from many different technicians and have never had any irritation at all in the past. They did not even want to refund the extra $50 charge that was incorrectly applied, my eyes were so watery I couldn't even see how much I was paying. I've noticed a lot of the amazing lash stylists that used to be here have moved on, and I'm wondering if these new stylists are the reason why. read more
