Do not use this service for any suede they clearly cannot do this to any reasonable quality. **Note, after the store response we did take it to the retailer where it was pointed out to me that the store have admitted to dry cleaning a jacket that specifically states no dry cleaning - specialist leather clean only, which I might add is what we ordered ** (I have attached photo's in case of future edits) As such they have assured that the cleanings service is at fault and I am unable to take up any concerns with the retailer.*** This was due to a google response.

I rung up the owner and he said to go back to the shop. once I had arrived he basically SAID TOUGH LUCK it happens sometimes. He said he would only refund me the money for the laundry service. It's because I rarely need a dry cleaners in my life. Anyhow I went here a few months ago with my suit and my dad's suit and they served me very well. They offered to have them ready the same day but I picked it up the folllowing day as I was in no rush. The suits were sparklingly clean, fresh smelling and expertly pressed, and the service was delivered with a smile. The rug doctor was fairly easy to use but quite big and bulky so takes a bit of work. You normally have to go over an area twice-as the second time gets rid of any excess cleaning solution that is left on the carpet. I found overall that the rug doctor freshens up the carpet and smells really clean and nice, but it doesnt do a great job of getting rid of marks and stains. When you empty the water at the end its really dirty so it obviously does clean, I just expected it to be better. It can be hired from loads of places, I got it from morrisons.
