    Terrible Customer Service from Owner(??)…read more Booked an appointment for a Sunday at 12:45 for a lash lift. Im not from the area so I spent $50 to lyft there (which at the time i was fine with). closed; door locked. called, number not accpeting calls, texted, nothing. this was all after they took my deposit and texted to confirm the night before. i waited till 12:55 before leaving (another $50). next day receptionist texts me apologizing and we reschedule to the upcoming thursday. i ask, if possible, i could be compensated for the lyfts with store credit because i did my due dilligence, they say yes. i arrive at my appointment on thursday. it was fine, nothing special but not bad. lash tech was chill. as im going to check out i let the receptionist know about the credit and she goes to check with the owner. they both come out and i explain what happened. the owner was SO RUDE. she tells me it was ME who did not show up and that the tech was there and had been texting her and that the tech was a bit upset (girl so was i). i show her the times of my texts and she tries to tell me i was texting the day after, showed she was wrong. she tried to tell me my appointment was at 1, i showed her the confirmations. at this point i had already said ill pay the rest, but had tried to explain why i had even asked in the first place because she kept trying to blame me. she then kept looking at me and shrugging as if it was my fault and that they had done their part by not charging me the "no-show" fee. the receptionist was so sweet and tried to speak up a couple of times, to which the owner would interrupt and snap at her. i was even more agitated at her rudeness to her own employees. when she left the receptionist apologized and was so nice about everything. overall, the lashes are fine, but nothing i can not get anywhere else, so for that reason you should go somewhere and spend your money that doesn't degrade their customers and employees. mistakes happen, but the owner needs some customer service work.
