Do not do business with this company! They overcharge for equipment & services. They serviced my fire monitoring system. It took them about 15 minutes and they charged me for 3 hours at $414/hr and a truck charge $185. When I disputed the charge they would never respond other than re-sending the invoice. Then they wanted to replace a computer board for $1300 which I didn't do, and which I found our later could be purchased for $200. They are a rip off!! read more
