I kept checking in on her afterwards. First she ask for more time and that she would give me samples. Few weeks went by nothing. It was always a different excuse. Finally in August I sent out one more response demanding my photos. She deleted me off her Facebook account. Block me. I was in a serious car accident. My mother step in and took over to find my photos. She threaten my mom that when she returns from her honeymoon that she will delete my pictures. She contact me to tell me my photos were lost. Her chip she used was damaged. What she didn't figured out was there were other people with the same problem. We are taking the next step. My warning to other people not to use her.

My fiance and I live out-of-state, but are getting married in Washington. Ashley's prices seemed amazing, but I should have listened to my gut when she was originally talking to us about signing her contract. Once we confirmed we were interested, she said she'd like the deposit asap if possible for her trip to Mexico. It seemed unprofessional to tell us that, but I brushed it off. The last week of January 2018 was when we did our engagement shoot. My mom and aunt were both there, and both expressed concern afterwards that it seemed like there was something wrong with Ashley's camera, and some photos might not turn out. Some of the shoots we did involved playing Jenga, eating ice cream cones, and holding giant puzzle pieces with each other's pictures. At the end of the session, Ashley told us she'd send us the photos in a couple weeks. She didn't. She said she'd had some issues with the computer she was using to edit our photos. So we received our photos a few days late, which delayed the process of sending out invites. Not the end of the world. However, when she finally sent us the "finished" product, we were horrified. She had taken hundreds of photos during the shoot, and we ended up with maybe 20. Only a handful were even usable. There were none of the Jenga shots, and only one of the giant puzzle pieces. So many memories lost forever. I emailed Ashley about my disappointment. She told me there were no refunds, so that was $400 down the drain. We canceled her services for our wedding and told her we wanted the rest of our photos. She said she already deleted them, but that she would see about recovering the images for us. That was on Feb. 13, 2018. I have contacted her twice since then, and haven't heard anything back. Although the experience was terrible, I'm glad we our wedding photos will not be ruined as well.
