I'm reviewing Brooks Pest Solutions whose service agreement has an address in Addison, Texas. My…read morehusband called them and they offered to come same day .. but first he needed to pay and to sign an agreement they sent him over the phone. They did not instruct to any of the items in the agreement. After the service, they sent him a pdf copy of what he signed via email and he could then see that he signed for 24 months of service at $100 a month. When he called and complained, they offered $75/month. My husband INSISTED that we cancel and they still wanted to talk us down. He finally agreed to cancel it (as per our legal right). BEWARE of this company. They obviously want to SCAM you!
