Wholeheartedly to agree with the prior post. I am not anal or a perfectionist but this was absolutely the worst experience ever. Circular grooves in floor from sanding; uneven staining- twice as dark around baseboard; missed stain and poly spots. slobs- finger prints stains on door casings and walls; left a mess behind including trash bags; beer cans;; water bottles; food take out bags; showed up 2 days after agreed upon start (real fun when your entire house is being done and you are staying elsewhere); paid extra for new doorway threshold- which has sunk approx. 1/2 inch; put a nice dent in our stainless steel fridge. Have called his cell and office phone as well as sending a certified letter, without a reply. DO NO EVER US THIS CONTRACTOR!!!!! read more
