The setting is very relaxing and serene, and you can feel comfortable just resting and being quiet during the massage, or she's great to talk to as well. For my first visit I chose to only have my feet done, meaning I was given a reflexology massage on my feet. It was absolutely amazing to say the least! Though there were some spots on my feet that were sensitive, Jeanie was able to tell me why and make very helpful suggestions that would help those issues, whether they be muscles or organ issues. WOW! My second visit, I received the full, "Back, Neck, and Face," which also included my feet. As apprehensive as I was about having my face touched, it was the most relaxed I think I've ever been! Jeanie works both out of office building and home office and I find her home office always to be so comforting, warm, and quiet. If you are open to it, Jeanie will also teach you about reflexology and the stones that she uses on your feet and why. It is so interesting! Thanks Jeanie, if I ever find myself with a headache or any type of ache in my back, shoulders, or feet, I'm learning to understand where specifically hurts, why it hurts, and how to correct it. I love Barefoot Basics. Thanks, Jeanie!
