Unprofessional ethics, Unprofessional conduct…read more No integrity This business gave us the wrong list asking for information on an llc business instead of for our incorporated business. Dakota would not set a date to meet with a client out side of his regular hours in Langley and did not offer a meeting at his second location in Mission, which we could have attended. This business held onto our 3 business files for over 2 months without assigning it to an employee to start working on it. I have sent many emails asking if the file was assigned and if further paperwork was needed, we did not receive any responses in return. We took time out of our busy schedule and went in as this was the only way to get answers, and to tell them to movve forward to get our file started. We were getting frustrated by this point and not understanding why this business was just putting our files on hold in a cupboard at the front door. 2 weeks went by and again no answers to my emails. Again we had to take the time to stop in to their office, we walked in and they were "trying" to find our files as we stood there. My husband and I looked at each other dumbfounded and were wondering what is happening. The receptionist walked up and just handed us our files after over 2 months. We were in shock as this was not expected from a business with 5 stars. The receptionist stated that Dakota stated that they are not the business for my husband and I. She said an email was sent to us and cc'd to her and she thought we were there for our files. This was news to us, so I asked her for the email. The receptionist looked in Dakota's email and then told us he deleted it. A professional business does not delete emails, especially when a business still has business files that belong to another business. My husband stood there and looked at her, turning red with anger at the treatment we received, yet he turned and walked away in a professional manner as he felt no person at this business deserved his time now. I expressed that I am a level 8 blogger and will unfortunately put a review on Google so all future clients have knowledge and the truth about this business. I also further asked her if she thought we were being treated professionally and fairly, she put her head down and couldn't look me in the face and shook her head No. I told her it is very unfortunate, but I will be providing an honest review for the public. I do not recommend this business. 0 stars We found a very good accountant who I called and he booked an appointment for us for the next day.
