His reports and emails were riddled with typos, factual errors, and logical gaps. On one report he planned to file with the court he accidentally included personal information about his other clients. On others, he got basic facts wrong (dates, names, addresses) of information crucial to the case. Nearly every report he shared required substantial editing by us, his clients, before it was acceptable to submit to the court. Months after he took us on as clients he admitted he hadn't carefully explored the details we'd initially shared with him. He asked me to help draft legal filings for him, though I am not a lawyer. When we asked for clarification, he did not respond or responded with indecipherable emails that needed more explanation.
