There are lots of tables so this is a great place to stop by and have a tea or coffee as well as a good meeting place. It is well lite up. It has a real Italian feel to it like the big Italian cake and coffee shops in Brooklyn. They also sell Ice cream, lots of flavours. Wilton is simply a nice cafe, cake shop with an Italian theme. Wilton's is open till 10pm Thursday to Sunday so it is a great place to go if you do not want a pub and prefer a chat over a coffee etc well into the evening.

Going to Holtwhites is an experience in itself, the exceedingly lovely staff, the beautiful looking stock and layout. It really is the jewel in the Enfield crown for me and I love showing it off to guests who come and visit thinking that Enfield is just one big shopping centre. 'Here, have some pain du campagne and pate in a lovely jute bag' I might say... I like to walk down there on a free day or weekend and just see what's going on in there. Normally some lovely conversation about how nice last week's goats cheese was or which bread to team with the tapenade (which is tasty btw). So, Holtwhites, when are you going to open matching big lovely coffee shops that I can hang out in every weekend and spend all my hard earned cash in? Soon? I hope so...
