I've never experienced more unprofessionalism or disrespect from employees than I did this weekend. Renting one of these houseboats is really expensive and it should be expected that resort staff treat their clientele with more respect. When you run into this behavior from not just one but MANY employees there's something wrong with the business. I suggest finding a different marina for your boating needs on Lake Shasta. read more

It literally took over an hour to get our food and the place was empty.

Rented a "deluxe" patio boat that broke down twice !! Made reservations that was easy.. Told to show up 20 min early so we could get out on time. We arrived, promptly checked in and said an employee would get a boat. An hour and a half later in 97 degrees, we got the boat. We left for our day trip and 30 min later, the engine broke a belt. We floated ( drifted) an hour and the mechanic arrived. He spent another hour + fixing it. Then we were off again. A bit of floating and swimming to about 45 min of exploring the beautiful lake and the engine started making loud banging noises. We stopped on the shore since there was something wrong with the engine. Two hours later the mechanic arrived and towed is in. Another two hour tow back to the resort. Once we arrived. No manager , The rental place was closed and the two employees that were on the dock had no information or offer about getting our money back. Now 830 at night, we headed back to our campsite Very DISAPPOINTED with our service!!! Later the mechanic called and said a note was left for us to get a refund..... I called the next morning and we got a refund , But was surprised they didn't offer another boat or service to us!!! Overall, no better place to be stranded but lake Shasta. The BBQ worked on the boat and we had lots of food. Mechanical problems happen ... The mechanic tried his best.... Very disappointed at the management for not being at the dock when we got towed in to tell us about our refund. Shouldn't of had to deal over the phone the next day!!!!! read more

We rented their Silverthorn Queen 1 boat for Labor Day weekend with a bunch of friends. We will never use Silverthorn again! They had terrible customer service and were very deceitful in how they presented the contract information to us. They charged us an additional $1000 at the end of our trip for a "cleaning fee" even though the boat was scrubbed down and cleaner than when we got it! I would never recommend using this company to anybody and was very dissatisfied in the service we received for the price that we paid. read more

We were super-hungry after our boating and this place filled the need with good sandwiches and pizzas. They have a full bar and live music some evenings. A decent place with friendly staff - and the only one if you are at Silverthorn resort. read more

Check-in is between 3-5pm. Boarding is 6pm or a little after that. If you come in the morning, there is a good chance that parking would not be that hard, but you will WAIT for your houseboat until 6 or after that, If you come in late, then parking will be your stress. If I could give less than zero rating I would. Rented Presidential houseboat weekend of July 12, 2019. Didn't get out of marina till after 6pm as it was extremely busy because you are only allowed to board from 3-5pm. Small carts to haul everything you need on steep hill to and from the boat which of course, everyone renting a boat were trying to use. Was told there was a "Penthouse" on the boat that could sleep 6. It is nothing but a box on top of the boat. You cannot sit or stand up in it and it was screaming hot. My son and his family were going to stay there but after seeing it pitched a tent. Total misrepresentation. They say it can sleep up to 16. There is no way that would happen. We had 6 adults and 4 children under 11. There was hardly room to turn around. Grill was filthy and couldn't use first night. Generator failed next day. Air conditioning did not work well, Refrigerators did not work properly, garbage compactor did not work well, coffee pot handle fell off coffee pot. We called and were told someone would come fix the generator. Apparently the marina does not keep any spare parts and will not upgrade. Went to Marina store for ice and new coffee pot they said we would be provided with. They do not keep any extra supplies and gave us the old one from their office! Electrical outlets failed also. We were charged almost $2500 plus the cost of gas which I'm sure was price-gouging for 2 days on the lake. They say 3 nights, which technically it is, but since you can't pick up the boat until after 3pm and have to have it back and cleaned top to bottom by 9am on the last day, you are only getting 2 days.THIS IS TOTAL MISREPRESENTATION There was lunchmeat that the previous renter threw on the roof in front of the wheel on the top plus empty chip bag stuffed under the opening where the steering wheel was on the top. Asked to talk with manager and he "was away getting supplies". When checking out, girl in front office (wore glasses), not Jessica or Kim, was rude. Asked to be notified when hold would be taken off for deposit and she said she would see what she could do. Two days later I called because it was not taken off and Kim told me she had never taken it off! Asked if manager was given list of things wrong with the boat and she said she would get it to him and get back to me. Still have not heard from anyone. BOTTOM LINE: DO NOT RENT FROM THIS MARINA!!!! read more

We've been renting houseboats from Silverthorn for years. We have tried other resorts but have had the best experiences here. The staff recognizes us when we call to reserve each year. We love that! Pizza pub is always a hit, too! Our family loves Silverthorn! read more

We were repeat customers with Silverthorn and as such you would think they would try and accomodate us- NOPE! My father had knee surgery and we asked to change our dates until we could recuperate- no they told us- they didn't care if he died they were not changing the dates. Just finished our 30th annual father/son trip to lake Shasta. Silverthorn Resort and its staff was helpful and friendly. The boat was great shape and made our stay enjoyable. Rented a fishing boat from them. When I reserved the boat I asked for a total of the charges over the phone. Was told $75. When I got there they ran my card for a $300 deposit and then tried to charge me for gas money after. The worst part was the smell of gasoline on the boat. There was gasoline all over the bottom of the boat. We suffered through it because we only had 1 day to fish. After getting home our wives instantly smelled the gasoline. Its been 5 days and our clothes still smell like gasoline after multiple washes. Although the staff was friendly I just cant see myself using their services again. This could have been a very serious problem. read more

Rented from Silverthorn Resort last July. My family and I go every year, and have been for the past 7. We usually rent the executive model but this year we will be on the Presidential. Can't wait. We always have so much fun. The Pizza at this resort is amazing and the staff is always very friendly. Their largest houseboat is a 3 story with a hot tub on the top. The best! We are hoping to rent that one next year. True, the road getting to Silverthorn isn't the most convenient, but once you are there, you are in beautiful tall pines with an amazing view. It isn't a big deal. The office staff is the best and Teri is always helpful with our reservations every year. Thank you Silverthorn, we'll see you soon! read more

Very bad customer service. Due to COVID-19, our group was not comfortable vacationing on the lake in a group of 20. Our boat reservation was for end of May, but our contract stated April 8 was the last day to get a 75% refund if we cancel. We called this day and asked if we would be eligible for a full refund due to a STATE MANDATED STAY AT HOME ORDER. They refused because at the time, the order was only until May 1st, however it was very clear COVID 19 was not just going away, and stay at home orders and other guidelines would be extended past May. We signed the contract and made the reservation in January, before we were ever aware COVID was in the US. When speaking to one of their managers via telephone (I cannot remember her exact position but it was some sort of manager/supervisor position) she was very rude and told me that they essentially do not care about the Stay at Home order and would still be taking 25% of our deposit because their company needed it. She even agreed with me the stay at home order would probably be extended, but then went on to state that did not change her decision and they would still keep partial deposit. Given the circumstances, it was very careless and apathetic to give paying customers the option to either stay safe and lose money or put themselves at risk of a deadly virus. Everyone is facing economic struggles during these times, it does not seem right to punish customers for cancelling during a global pandemic. read more

Our bachelor party was an absolute success. The queen houseboat was clean and worked flawlessly. We had no issues with the boat. Everyone at the marina was super friendly and very helpful. Our first day was a little Smokey, but not too bad. Our other 3 days were absolutely amazing and I'm so glad we didn't re-schedule our trip. We will be booking again for next year. Went here for mid week, total disappointment. The staff didn't come out to direct us and even when they did, the directions were limited and unclear. Once docked, the service was slow. The employee didn't even know how to refuel the gas tank. Then, when we went to leave, no one helped us off and we had to untie ourselves. As we were struggling to get out of the small dock, the rope got caught on the dock. The employees, after our persistent cries for assistance, slowly walked towards the boat, gave no instructions and, with a team of four people, tried to figure out what the obvious problem was. One employee even tried to cut our rope, instead of simply pulling it off of the dock. This utter lack of competency in this brief encounter leads me to believe that silverthorn is not a good company. I would stick to their brother company, Jones valley from which we have consistently had great service from nice people. read more

This is probably the worst resort in Shasta. They are very difficult to work with and honestly not friendly. Definitely will not use again.

Went with some college friends, and they must have had some preconceived decision that we were going to be disrespectful because they treated us like absolute sh** despite being average customers. We always get outstanding service at Silverthorn - from making the reservation, at he point of our arrival, loading up, mid-week stocking up, and on our return - thanks to a great staff! Reservations are clear, with confirmation updates when we made changes, and close-out report by email - thanks again to a great staff! Our family trip, with people ranging from 5 yrs old to 60, had a fantastic week on a Queen I at Silverthorn! We've take an annual trip together - either camping or boating - and we are now hooked on houseboating. We also rented a Patio Boat this time for the moms and grandma to take short trips while the dads and kids were out on the ski boat going skiing and tubing. The boat was spotless when we arrived, equipment and accessories were in top shape, hot tub had fresh water. The Queen I is our favorite 'cause it's like a luxury hotel suite on the lake. Activities are endless, so be prepared and bring the stuff to swim (bring noodles and rafts), fish, hike, play card games (bring chips), board games, karaoke, star-gazing, read, sunbathe. A note to first-timers: Pay attention to the instructions that they give you when you board. And ask questions if you need to. read more

Last week My Family and I rented the queen Boat 72 from Silverthorn resort. Having rented from them in the past and had a wonderful time we decided to rent from them again. loving the layout of the queen. In the past the boats have been clean and functioned properly the entire trip. Unfortunately this was not the case with this boat. The boat seemed as if it was pulled from storage with little preparation for our arrival. In the past we have had issues with the boat not being ready in time, so we took some additional time in Redding. With Check out being at 3pm we did not receive our boat and were not able to leave the dock until around 6pm, because we were waiting to be signed off and given the okay by the resort staff to leave the dock.Once we had got settled in a spot on the lake we realized that our boat was not even that clean and had areas that were very damaged from wear and tear. There were cobwebs everywhere in the interior of the boat, fruit flies coming out from the toilet as if it had not been cleaned. Some of this was from being in such a hurry once we got onto the boat. One of the people with us tried having a quick camp shower in the upstairs bathroom, it immediately filled up with water clearly having a drainage issue. The next morning when we arrived at the dock to purchase Ice and discuss the issues we were encountering with the boat, they basically dismissed the problems we were having with the boat. they provided some chemicals for the toilet and suggested showering off the back deck. the next day it was 108 degrees. which is pretty hot, the boat's AC seemed to be struggling keeping the boat cool leading into the evening. We were doing our best to keep windows doors and curtains closed to ensure it was cool enough to sleep in the boat that night. while cooking dinner we realized that the condensation building up on ducking thru the cabin was causing the ceiling to leak. once we noticed this we realized this was not the first the boat had had this problem because of the water spots throughout the entire boat. We then noticed that the cleaning staff had left the furnace on. Once we turned that off the Ac was still struggling. the fans in the cabin rooms wither were so loud that you couldn't sleep with them on or they didn't work. It seems that because of the mergers and acquisitions that Silverthorn resort has been focused on they have lost sight of customer service and the quality of boats and service you receive when renting from them. Being a past customer and a houseboat renter of many years, it seems that other marinas have better service and offerings at this time. Hopefully this is just growing pains that they are experiencing, and once they are more settled they will provide better service. Hopefully my experience will help other house boaters when selecting a marina to rent from. Happy house boating. read more

We booked a house boat 8 months in advance for a family trip. We got to the resort at 5 to check in and no one could find our boat. It suddenly "appeared" and we were rushed by the employee doing our orientation to get us thru everything - we could hardly understand what he was saying cause he was talking so fast. We had 5 people in our party doing the orientation and when it came time to leave we couldn't get the boat started but there weren't any employees able to help us. Once we finally got on the water and started putting things away we found the kitchen was completely infested with ants. One of the refrigerators stopped working so we had to throw food away the second day because of ants and the fridge. We had to wait until the next morning to get someone out to give us ant spray and fix the fridge. He was super nice and walked us thru the orientation stuff a second time and had someone come out and fix the generator that kept going out. The dinning room table was a simple folding table that only seated 6 even though the boat was for 16. The screen doors came off the track every time you used them. One of the showers didn't drain so our party of 12 had 1 shower to use. Generator stopped working a second time which was what you needed running to have the AC working in 100 degree weather. We found out during one of the repairs that our boat was a turn around - it was turned in and given to us without proper checks/cleaning. Food was left from the previous use. We only had 1 working fridge even though they repaired one the other one went out. The gates on the back of the boat didn't stay closed so we couldn't use the back deck while we were driving or had the engine running because the gate that didn't stay closed was over the prop. We had an amazing time on the lake but the boat was way over priced for what we got - it was so old and run down. We were told they would fix all those issues right away when we turned it in at the end our trip but that didn't help us and nothing was offered in compensation or even an apology. We will rent a house boat somewhere else next time we go to lake Shasta. read more

We rented a houseboat this weekend (Thursday-Sunday) for an extended family trip and I would never go back to this resort. We showed up at 3:45p for check in (check in is between 3-5) and was not cleared to start loading our boat until almost 6. To load you have to haul small wagons up the boat dock and to the parking lot in order to move in your stuff. We finally got out on the water at 8p and had to quickly find a place to dock for the night before dark. We spent over 50% of our time troubleshooting mechanical problems with the generator. We had a service call on Friday (no show, couldn't find us) and then 2 answered service calls on Saturday with the problem finally being resolved on Saturday evening. The boat had to be returned between 9-10a on Sunday so really you get 2 days to be on the water. We pulled up to dock at 8:45a on Sunday. That's when our rope broke. They had to deck hands out there that had no idea what to do as it was their first day. The houseboat almost took out our bass boat that was also docked. We unloaded, called the office for final inspection and we weren't done with the process until 12p. The office and staff people were nice enough but they don't have a system to handle the amount of traffic they have at the resort. The parking lot was full (too many parking passes?) and we had to park in an upper overflow and cart all of our belongings uphill. It was also obvious that they don't maintain their boats. They wait for something to break and then fix it. When you spend $3200 (not including gas) to be on the water for 2 days, the boat should run. The resort waived the $300 gas bill (it was relatively low since we never had a running generator) but it still ended up being way more than it should have been for what it was. I was recently in a group that rented a houseboat from them this past memorial day weekend. The management rushed us through the contract signing process because they were backed up and during the orientation of the boat neglected to mention that we were not allowed to have more than 10 people on our boat. This is despite that fact that the boat is advertised and rated to sleep 16 people. Silverthorn had an employee follow our group around the entire weekend and when we were meeting with friends took pictures of us on our boat and then boarded the boat uninvited and tried to have it towed back to the resort. This spoiled the trip for the majority of our group but we were able to negotiate with the quite hostile employee and kept the boat. Upon returning to checkout we had to wait for 8 HOURS to be cleared to leave. When we went into the office to get our deposit back we were informed that we would be getting none of our $2500 deposit back and they used the pictures taken while stalking our group as evidence. It is also worth noting that another group we were at the lake with had their boat hit by a Silverthorn employee due to negligent driving and then tried to charge them for the damage. Overall, neither of our groups plans on renting from them again. Very shady business and customer relations. read more

This was an old run down boat house.. Smelled like crap!! We had issues with this everyday we were in it.. Day 1: boat stops in the middle of the lake. Called the main office for a half hour before someone finally answered. Day 2: generator stopped working. Again, a technician had to come out to fix it. Day 3: again boat stopped in the middle of the lake. Worst part is when we complained at our departure, the excuse was, BUT WE WENT OUT EVERYDAY AND FIXED THE PROBLEM... Shouldn't have to do this was my reply.. Don't get me wrong, this lake is absolutely beautiful but will definitely rent from another company NOT THIS COMPANY.. read more

First timers! We were going to rent a tiny boat for eight of us, but as it was only a few days to July 4 they were running a special, and we rented the Queen 1and ended up bringing 15. This is the ultimate in houseboating, three staterooms, three bathrooms, hot tub, water slide, two bbqs, two fridges, and air conditioning which was fabulous as the week was hot! We made friends with a smaller boat (no air) that had skidoos, and traded our hospitality (read beer) and air conditioning for rides on their skidoos. The most fun you can have in a bathing suit. We will definitely be back next year. Reception staff were fabulous, our orientation could have been better, and give the pizza/pub a miss at lunchtime, that's the short straw for the workers, and it seemed like they really don't want to be there. read more

I was a little bit afraid about the mixed reviews here, but I have to say our experience was nothing than positive. We rented a houseboat for a 3 night trip over the 4th of July weekend. The check-in was fast and the introduction didn't take to long either. We also were able to pick-up our small wakeboard boat at the same time instead of the next morning which was really great. The check-out process at the end was not too bad either. I just don't understand why they tell everyone that they have to be back by 9 am instead of making some time slots to avoid heavy traffic on the dock. To me the gas price of $5.99 per gallon felt a little bit high. But I cannot really tell if this is standard on Lake Shasta or not since we didn't have a chance to checkout the gas prices of the other marinas. All in all we had a great time. Everyone enjoyed the houseboat and we definitely would come back for another trip on beautiful Lake Shasta. read more

Swimming, hiking, fishing, berry-picking, wading through trout pools, hot-tubbing, watching shooting stars, jet ski, singing to my brothers guitar after dinner - this was the best trip we've ever had! Spent a few days on one of their house boats.weve never been so we wanted to try it.for the price of these boats you'd think they keep them up to date,but it's like renting a room from the 70's.old out dated upholstery, floors,appliances that barely work.the a.c. unit is out dated and so is the on board generator.you have to run the generator to power the outlets and a.c. and the microwave.its loud,very loud and rattles.the exhaust fumes that come off it will knock you out.now if you want water or anything that runs on battery systems (dc)like the water pumps and lights you have to keep the main motor running also. So 100 degree nites running both motors is loud and expensive @6$ a gallon.padding on the beds are just that,paddings nothing more so it gets uncomfortable really quick. Kids won't mind it buy if your mid 30 and up you'll feel it after the 1st nite.only one sink runs water tgats used for cooking,all the other water comes feom tge lake,toilet,shower,inks,so while your swimming you mighy as well just grab your shampoo.so we got the smallest boat and it was for 3 nites (minimum)after fuel and so on (not including food)it was about 2000$. read more

We've taken trips to Shasta lake for twenty years. The service we received at Silverthorn resort this past trip has sold us as THE place to return to for houseboating in the future. Both of the women at the reservations desk went out of their way for our needs, above and beyond what was within their job descriptions in helping us. On top of that they were just plain helpful and friendly. The houseboats have always been great. We had an accident of our own fault and they sent a mechanic to our location that took care of everything. No lectures or scolding even though it had to be the worst call he had in a long time. From top to bottom, the people helping on the docks, the service people, reservation gals and mechanics get nothing but praise from us. I got in on a Groupon deal for a one week Executive houseboat. I called the people at Silverthorn to make sure I understood everything about the deal before I purchased. They were very friendly and helpful. I made the reservations and everything went smoothly. On my way up there, they called me and asked when I expected to be there. I told them I would be there in a few minutes. We had three vehicles, two towing boats. The road there is pretty narrow and twisty, but no one had a problem getting there. I had never rented a houseboat before, but the gentleman who showed me the boat was very patient and explained everything I needed to know. One of the things they told us was that we needed to come in after 3 or 4 days to have the tanks emptied, fuel checked and the boat serviced. The houseboat is really like a RV, with one exception: The water for the showers, toilets and sinks in the bathrooms is pumped from the lake. The sinks and showers drain into a grey water tank and the toilets drain into a black water tank. They also told me not to leave the pump for the water on when they were not being used because they run down the 12 volt batteries. We had 4 children on the boat, and they did not understand this. Apparently someone went into both bathrooms without the pump on. When the water was not working, they did not turn off the faucets. When the pump was turned on, no one noticed the water running in the bathroom sinks and it filled the grey water tank. We went in the next day to have the tank emptied. What I didn't understand was that only pump out is included, and there is a charge for additional pump outs. When we came back after 3 more days, they told us there was a charge for emptying them again. When I explained the situation to them, that if I had known I would have paid for the first gray water pump out and came back for the service, they agreed to drop the charges. It was a wonderful vacation! The house boat is nothing fancy, but it had everything we needed. It was clean, and everything worked perfectly. I would do it again tomorrow! read more

We went out during the latter stage of the Carr and mid stage of the Hirz fires, from August 20-27, 2018. Each morning there was a smoky haze especially on the west side of the lake, so we spent our time mostly on the eastside (it is a big lake!) and took it easy until the haze lifted around noon. I knew we were renting a vintage (read 30 year) old Executive. It has its quirks with some things powered by generator and some things powered by 12 VDC off the motor/batteries. Things went smoothly and the staff were very helpful. After making the reservations, I had to fly home for a contract interview and was away for 40 hours. Staff checked in on my family and Terriers during the day to make sure they were safe and under control. The lake is unique in having a lot of rocky shorelines and a rapidly falling water level, so you should plan to move the boat around frequently, then walk 100' uphill to reach a tree line. Pay attention to the staff training (and make sure more than one person is listening), ask questions, and you'll have a great time. Amanda, Joel, and Josh were very patient and helpful on the docks while Angela and Nickie were very helpful with phone questions. I get that people want to cancel because of the unexpected, but that is what vacation insurance is for. We dealt with reality (fires and flying back to assist the company get a new contract) and had a great time. Warning! Gas was $5.50/gallon and you should expect to go through at least 50 gallons or $275. This was not a surprise to me, but might be to others. They provide water, bilge services, and propane as part of the rental fee. The boat was mostly clean on our arrival (spider web and dead wasp) when we arrived. We had brought some basic cleaning supplies, and there were no additional (unexpected) charges when we dropped the boat back off. G2 read more

My friends and I rented a houseboat from Silverthorn for a buddy's bachelor party and while the weekend on the boat with my friends was amazing, our experience with Silverthorn was far from it. To make a long story short, here's a list of all the things that Silverthorn totally dropped the ball on: our boat wasn't ready when we got there; the hot tub was dirty and non-functioning; the gangplank fell off the first time we tried mooring the boat; they failed to tell us in orientation that the generator only needed to be running for 5-6 hours per day - we ran it for about 68 hours straight, resulting in about $400 worth of fuel being consumed; we were required to clean the boat prior to returning it but were not provided any kind of cleaning supplies (oh, but we could buy them at 400% markup from Silverthorn's market); we also rented a ski boat for wakeboarding and were only given a child's life jacket which we had to exchange - out of the 12 guys on our boat only one of us was under 200lbs.; we were apparently given a wakeboard that only supports a max of 150lbs. which we also had to switch out after no one could get up on it; Silverthorn charged us $50 for a broken glove compartment on the ski boat that was broken when we got it; they charged us $125 for a tear in one of the bindings on the wakeboard that was also there when we got it; they required us to have the houseboat turned in by 9am on checkout day but they made us wait until nearly 11 before they inspected the boat and we were allowed to leave. If Silverthorn knew how to provide any kind of competent customer service, they would have given us a discount to make up for all of the inconveniences, but instead they charged us extra for damages that we did not cause. The weekend was a blast and we've decided to make a houseboating weekend at Shasta an annual event. Will we go through Silverthorn for our future trips? Absolutely not. I would not recommend Silverthorn to my most hated enemy. Shasta's a huge lake and there's plenty of competition. I'd recommend going with any other business in the houseboat renting game and you're all but guaranteed a better experience. Thanks for nothing, Silverthorn. Just got home from a seven day vacation at Lake Shasta, this is our second year renting from Silverthorne, we were on a queen houseboat. On arrival we found that are houseboat was just about ready to for us to board sore wait time was minimal houseboat was in reasonably clean condition however there are some signs of aging that probably should be addressed on this boat. Check in went very well at the counter by two very nice young ladies. During our week the houseboat worked fairly flawlessly with only one minor problem one of the primary water pumps failed but fortunately the boat has a back up system so no harm no foul. We arrived at the check out dock on Friday. Saturday morning or houseboat was ready to check out at 8 AM. Check out went very smoothly. I will give a five-star ***** to the people who checked us in and checked us out. The only reason why it's the above is not higher is I just feel that the boat needed a little TLC. read more

everything was great. from reservations to refueling, the staff was courteous and accommodating. we rented the executive houseboat and found it clean and with more amenities than we expected. I imagine during peak season it could be quite busy, but after meeting the staff, theres little question they are doing everything possible to treat clients fairly and quickly. the negative reviews are most likely from negative people. my entire party was very happy with every aspect of our trip. thanks silverthorn! looking forward to my next outing here! read more

The houseboats were fine--well equipped and clean. However, the service could have been better. There was unnecessary attitude when checking the ski boat out and miscommunications among the staff that were blamed on us. They were talking bad about one another to customers and we could not get a straight answer as to when our boat would be available. It was my first time boating but I understand that at other docks the staff actually help you load and unload equipment--we were on our own. And by turning the boat in tidy, they actually mean to sweep, mop, and wipe everything down--even though they have to come behind us and really clean it. I'm not sure what good it is for us to slosh some lake water on the floors--which obviously turns them into a slip and slide with flip flops on--but we did as we were told. Still had a great time and if they do some employee training, I hope we can make this an annual event with them. read more
