Taking your already questionable state of mental health to a new low you didn't think was possible. I kept wanting to give them the benefit of the doubt as JILL the receptionist proceeded to inadequately to her job really she was just there to collect a paycheck and not actually help patients. As she disregard information multiple times creating multiple conflicts in the end the information she disregard was to prevent this prolonged wait pireod of multiple med appointments canceled by positive reset. was giving her so I wouldn't be in the possession I am in since this week. Finaly my 3rd attempt at medication management appointment in hopes I would actually be seen this time by a provider. I was never seen or provided with care but they had the audacity to charge me as I was standing for 25 min waiting for someone to meet me I called and called no answer on my 9th call out i got an incoming call from JILL saying I need to reschedule not even listening to me say im outside I've been waiting or even let me in. I was at a door as the call center said they would come bring me to the office I had to10 min before my appointment time because I showed up to my apt to a burnt building I had no voicemail of this or new location no memo with my confirmation I drove over a hour !!! And Alison the clinic director said she was not informed I believe even didn't escalate my complaint weeks ago properly you'll feel much better taking a walk outside and getting fresh air .

When it comes to treatment and root analysis of psychiatric disorders, psycho-neuro-immuno-endocrinological dysfunction, chronic illness and degenerative neurological disorders, he is at the forefront of his field. His comprehensive care is supported by thorough functional and traditional testing as well as a vast array of data points collected. What he attempts to do is extremely complex, difficult and beyond the work of most of his peers. For me, he has drastically changed my life. It's hard to overstate this reality. I was wheelchair bound, dependent on supplemental oxygen, could not stand and had a myriad of neuropsychiatric and physical symptoms. Today, I walk and even can run in small amounts freely, I can breathe almost normally, and my energy levels have drastically increased. At one point, my health began to rapidly deteriorate: Dr. Hedaya identified a potentially life-threatening infection, Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever, correlating lab titers to a recent tick bite in a faraway, endemic area. This was missed by at least half a dozen physicians, with likely over 200 years of experience combined. He treated me rapidly and my new, severe symptoms abated. Dr. Hedaya is able to wear many medical hats with ease. Certain reviews characterize Dr. Hedaya's work as imprudent or excessive in terms of treatment. However, Dr. Hedaya aims to arrest or reverse these conditions not simply to minimize end of life suffering, and he made this VERY clear up front to me. What many may not appreciate is his understanding of medical literature: for example, his thorough understanding that certain infections such as neuroborreliosis (Lyme Disease within the nervous system) can cause, trigger or present as mild cognitive impairment or dementia. In my experience, most community neurology practices fail to appreciate causes like these except in very specific university-associated neurology clinics. I would encourage any prospective yet tentative patient to order his text on Biological Psychiatry in order to get a sense of the depth of his understanding of psychiatric and neuropsychiatric conditions. Dr. Hedaya in my experience is constantly searching for new evidence-based treatments that could benefit those with neurological and psychiatric disorders as well as his existing patients. This isn't a requirement of his Georgetown University professorship, his licenses or IFM certifications, rather this is fundamental to who he is. Dr. Morris is an excellent psychologist and depth analyst. Her understanding and training led to many meaningful breakthroughs and facilitated an environment where I felt safe during a particularly perilous time. Our work together helped me learn how to guide myself to safety and to productive solutions to problems. Her unique training and expertise, stemming from her work at as a Feng Shui Environmental Consultant and within both Mt. Sinai and Creedmoor Hospital systems along with her training in 12-step programs, allowed me to feel comfortable discussing what previously felt impossible to discuss with other psychologists. Personally, her focus on dream analysis and Jungian-based depth therapy was instrumental in helping me face and overcome decades of significant trauma, I can't overstate her help with this and ability to navigate these issues with ease. Prior psychologists had personal hangups or blind spots which curtailed therapy or the dialectic in unfortunate ways. Dr. Morris' comprehension, perspective and warmth as well as foresight prevented anything like this from happening. Personally, I regret not trying Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy with Dr. Morris; it's hard to think of another practitioner who would so meaningfully and responsibly facilitate this type of treatment. She never judged me, and, in that, she was the first person I went to discuss something that felt awry, upsetting or shameful. Just like Dr. Hedaya, Dr. Morris is dedicated well beyond what her doctoral and master's degrees or title would imply. She has a real zeal for understanding what makes people tick, helping patients discover who they really are and choose strategy over immediate action: when multiple complex issues are present, in my experience, she assesses the emotional terrain recommending various support activities and discussing options on how to address interwoven issues which were otherwise refractory to conventional psychotherapy. Dr. Morris cares deeply about the outcomes of her patients, while her sharp, perceptive and flexible thinking enables patient success. It's hard to find a better healing duo than Dr. Morris and Dr. Hedaya. And, it's hard to find two--more dedicated--people.

He is a very easy person to speak to and I regret writing such derogatory accusations before taking any concerns I had to him directly. He is alway eager to help. A lot of times we react w/out thinking things through or even giving ourselves sometime to reflect on our thoughts. I would recommend Robert Hedaya to anyone in search of help for either psychiatric or other health concerns. He is a straight shooter and there is no time wasted. Our bodies and minds connect on a much deeper level than we've ever imagined before. Dr. Hedaya is involved in cutting edge research to treat the whole patient, unlike those who bandaid issues, he gets to the source.
