Need a technician, talk to Justin!!…read more It has been over a year with an AC problem with my Rigmaster APU. I was having to idle due to lack of working AC on the APU. I was being charged over & over again for supposed leaks & recharging the system. I had my own mechanic check it: He let me know, there were no leaks. Still other shops were trying to still fix leaks. None actually checked the entire systems' components & it's electronics as requested. Finally was able to get over to Nebraska Rigmaster. Justin tested everything. He took his time and his notes on his work were excellent; precise with individual readings for each component & his adjustments, replacements, etc. he is definitely a professional. What I needed was an AC clutch on the Compressor, but the components are all one unit. So, it was replaced. The Control Unit had shorted out, due to the bad AC Clutch, which early detection may have prevented the Control Unit from shorting out. Replaced that. I have AC again, finally. Had other shops done their job & tested the equipment. Money could have been saved. It's a shame, that in this industry; we have more people trying to make money on truckers, than actually doing the job requested. Thank you Big Rig, Nebraska for a job well done & an excellent (Josh) Technician.

When they listed a bike for sale and I was interested in it, I drove up a few times from Council Bluffs to check it out and test ride it a few times as I couldn't make up my mind. They were so cool and nice with me wanting to test drive it more than once. I've gone to other places in the past where you can tell they are annoyed with that stuff. The salesmen and service department are all just super nice and accommodating. Later on, I drove the same bike up there to get some work done on it and their prices on the parts and labor were very reasonable. I really like this place and they will continue to be my go-to for work on my motorcycles.

Bought a bike from Cali through these guys using cycle trader during Covid times. Paper work was a breeze(Ca breeze not IA breeze) and got my title very fast. Bike took some time as the shipper was backed up due to short staff so Nishna helped me get the bike shipped through a different company. They are deserving of your business and I can not speak highly enough of these guys! They went well above the call of duty on this one which is Greatly Apreciated! Had the bike 6 months, lovin it but I've crashed two good ones so I need to remember my skill level, but I'm still out there riding every weekend!

While there, I noticed they also do custom trailer fabrications, so I brought in my Sprinter van to see if they could repair my back step bumper, which had recently come off due to a bad weld. Not only was the turnaround quick, but the pricing was refreshingly fair. Justin went the extra mile--spending an hour making sure my bumper wasn't just fixed, but fitted perfectly. That kind of dedication is rare these days, and it did not go unnoticed. Coming from an area where kindness can feel like a luxury, I truly appreciated the warmth and service I received here. This is the kind of company you feel good about supporting, and I'll gladly be back whenever I need their help.

I made the mistake of trusting TrailersPlus with a simple trailer wiring repair--and somehow they…read morestill managed to mess it up. What should've been a straightforward fix turned into a complete waste of time and money. Lights flickering, signals inconsistent--basically the exact issues I brought it in for, untouched or maybe even worse. Instead of taking responsibility, I got excuses, shrugging, and the classic runaround. No urgency, no accountability, and definitely no concern about the inconvenience they caused. It's honestly baffling how a place that specializes in trailers can't handle basic wiring. If you value your time, money, or safety, don't trust them with repairs--especially anything electrical. Plenty of other shops out there actually know what they're doing. This one clearly doesn't.

He walked her around the lot to check out the options and even recommended we check out a different vendor who may also have something that might work also (who does that anymore). I came back a few days later and we made a final selection. Zero pressure sales. We used our own credit union for financing and they worked well with my loan officer on all the details. The checkout process with Daniel was very thorough and he even stayed a little late since I got stuck in traffic when it was time to pick up the trailer. Overall great experience.
