The cop showed up and from what I'm told, when that happens, this is the best outcome you can hope for. I never had the…read moreopportunity to meet or speak with Mr. Dunn, however after my experience with his receptionist, I will never darken the door of this office. I had an appointment today for a consult, of which she called me 3 hours prior to remind. I asked if I could reschedule, and this simple request turned into something unimaginable. I will not go into details, simply because it is a law office, but I was yelled at, belittled, berated, and a curse word was used. I was even told that my business was not needed! I am a college educated, hard working woman and I can honestly say I have never experienced this level of rude from any one person...ever! I have written a email and formal letter to Mr. Dunn reporting my unfortunate incident. I truly hope he responds. This was a horrible impression and left me in tears and upset my spouse so much that he wanted to go there in person! Customer service has taken a whole new meaning here.
