Stuck in the middle of Nevada with the check engine light was un-nerving. I called Scott and Ryan and they walked me through what to do. I brought the vehicle to them and they diagnosed the issue and didn't charge me as it was a special engine with special parts. Great people highly recommend this amazing shop! Don't follow Google maps call first for instructions =) read more

I have only one complaint about my whole experience and that is that since i was just passing through i can't make this place my permanent mechanic. They were kind, affordable, knowledgeable and went out of their way to get me back on the road as quickly and painlessly as possible. If you have any car troubles around Eureka, Austin, Silver Springs, or Ely be thankful that you will have a mechanic that you can actually trust read more

Honest, professional, fast, & fair. I fully expected to get ripped off and to be stuck for days. Instead, Allen reset my car's computer, told me which fuel treatment I needed and sent me on my way only charging for 1/2 hour's time. We made it to my brother's wedding and found a new mechanic! I don't know that your car trouble will be as quick a fix as mine but at least you'll have an honest, professional, fast, & fair mechanic under you hood! read more

Outstanding RV Service!…read more We are incredibly appreciative of the entire Mobile RV Medics team! We brought them a long list of issues, from a door lock that wasn't working properly and leaking windows to lights that had stopped working and, most importantly, our AC units not working. If you live or travel in Nevada, you know AC is an absolute necessity! The Mobile RV Medics team went through our trailer with a fine-tooth comb, and I am SO grateful they did. What initially seemed like a simple lighting issue turned out to be faulty wiring that could have potentially become a serious fire hazard. That alone made us so thankful we chose professionals who took the time to thoroughly inspect everything. Throughout the entire process, they kept us informed every step of the way -- what they were working on, parts needed, shipping updates, costs, and timelines. Their communication and transparency were exceptional. They also worked with our schedule as much as possible and, to top it all off, completed the job ahead of schedule! We are officially back on the road and couldn't be happier. If you're looking for knowledgeable, thorough, honest, and dependable RV technicians, we highly recommend Mobile RV Medics! They didn't just fix our problems -- they gave us peace of mind knowing our RV was safe and road-ready.
