Food and service is always good. But accidentally noticed on my last visit that the gratuity was already added on a 2 person dining experience. This was not told to us or brought to our attention. Last Sat we walked out of Looosiana Seafood Market due to lousy service. We went straight to Silver Star Grille and had an outstanding experience. From the hostess to the GM we've never been treated better in a restaurant. Our server Millie heard our sad tale (from us and our hostess) and absolutely rescued our evening. Millie arrived at our table less than a minute after we were sat and our drinks arrived in a very few minutes. The GM stopped by to check on us a couple of times, what a kind and sincere gentleman. Our perfect meals were delivered shortly and we thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience. When we called ahead to place a reservation they asked for our preference of low or high tables and also followed up after to confirm. In addition we were served with our drinks and food very quickly. Our server was super sweet and kind. She checked in on us periodically and also made good conversation.
