After tracking him down he sent roofers who had no idea what to do, they ripped off the exiting troughs and never installed new ones correctly. We had to hire another company to come do the job. But when contacted, the owner Martyn refused to return the deposit for work not done, and screamed threats and racial slurs at us. He called my elderly parents "dirty Jew peasants" and threated to "burry" my elderly father. We have witnesses to the lack of completed work as well as to the abusive threats by this company and will pursue with a lawyer. All we wanted was our money back for work not done but he refuses.
