History

Established in 2014.

Silver Crest Insurance, Inc. was co-founded in 2014 by Dan Banks, President and sales manager, and Dave Coult, CFO, to exclusively focus on Medicare insurance products. Angela Swartley, Vice President, joined the partnership in 2016, leading the human resources and operations side of the business. Dan, Dave and Angela worked together in the early to mid-2000's providing employer benefits programs, including health, life and disability insurance, as well as retirement services. Together, they have over 50 years' experience in the insurance field. Since then, Silver Crest has continued to grow with more agents to service clients, including Ramona Harris, our resident encyclopedia with over 10 years dedicated exclusively to Medicare, as well as Dan's wife, Deana, our full-time office manager and client service representative. The Silver Crest team is a family, and we treat clients the same way.

Meet the Business Owner: Daniel B.

Daniel Banks is the President and co-founder of Silver Crest Insurance, Inc. Dan started his career in 2000 as a financial advisor for the Guardian Life Insurance Company. After meeting with a client one day who was turning 65, Dan quickly recognized the complexities of Medicare and the various coverage options available. Soon after he started his agency specializing in Medicare plans and dedicated his practice to serving the Medicare population. You can be confident in the fact that Dan's 15 years of experience will translate into a smooth and effortless process that will put your mind at ease. You will feel comfortable asking questions and you will be treated with the respect you deserve!
