There are quite a few dentists in this practice and you don't always get to see the same one. If your having a number of treatments they tend to book you in with the same dentist, but if it's just for check ups, it's pot luck unless you ask for a specific one. I've never had trouble getting an appointment and think it's great that they will see you the same day if you are in any pain. The only bad point are the stairs. There are about 7 steps into the building, hard to manage with a pram and a toddler. And then there are about 13 stais inside if you get one of the treatment rooms upstairs. The reception is friendly and has a selection of magazines (quite old now though), and some toy for children to occupy themselves. They always seem to be taking on NHS patients.

As such I felt like I deserved first class service seen as I was shelling out so much money and westmount dental surgery has it all. The whole place is dedicated to the patient and thats how it should be. And the range of treatments is just marvellous. Couldn't ask for more.
