A darling location on an adorable street, with the small but clean rooms that I've come to expect at a three star European hotel. This is a hotel to stay in on vacation, and not a working one -- there a tiny business center and the WiFi in the rooms is spotty at best.
We booked this hotel because we were promised two separate beds and the hotel failed to deliver. I understand this is a strange request in Europe, but we did on purpose request a 'family' room and instead received a room with two twin beds we could drag apart a small distance, however the cute balcony overlooking the church gave us a reason not to request a room change.
However the hotel is steps to Zamora Street which leads straight into the Plaza Mayor , and the price was reasonable. The comfort of the beds and the shower was adequate, I'd stay here again. read more
