I was very disappointed in their service. We went to a family viewing on a Thursday night for a prayer service before cremation. I brought my 82 year old mother with health issues. It had snowed earlier and no one had shoveled the concrete steps leading to the front door. Under the snow on those steps was all ice. It was very difficult getting mom up those steps safely. I was so afraid she would fall. After entering the funeral home I told those working how bad and dangerous the steps were. We then entered the room to view and pray for our loved one. The room was very cold. They had neglected to turn the heat on or up in this room. They explained that it takes awhile for the room to warm up. This was planned in advance. They knew when people would arrive. Everyone was complaining about the icy steps and the temperature in that viewing room. Two days later we all returned for a vigil service. Nothing had changed, ice on the steps and there was very little heat in the room. Very frustrating when you see the same person just sitting there had not done anything about the complaints. Their prices do not match their service performance. read more
