Once…read morethey received my items, I had to reach back out to get a quote after two days of dropping my items off to this company . I received no communication back from them until I said I would be by the next day to pick my items back up and I wasnt interested in the business anymore. the owner then sent me a long email detailing their process in which I responded that I thought I would have received this information two days prior when I dropped off my order. I was in need of my apparel as I had business duties to handle the next week. I then received my quote after the long email and telling them I wanted to just pick my items back up and move on. I went on and paid for the items as I really needed my clothing personalized. More days go by and I had to call them again to check on my order. Thats only when there was a move in my order. The owner sounded unsure of when my items would even go into production. once I got the confirmation message that my order was ready to be picked up, I reached out to the company on a good time to pick up my order. This was a Saturday and per Google, this company's hours were from 10am -5pm. I called multiple times with no answer and even went to the business location to see if I could pick up my order, per the pickup text I received from the company. I left another message letting them know I called and came by and no one answered despite the business hours listed online. The Monday after, I tried to call them after 9 am when they opened and received no answer. I then went to the business location and spoke with the woman and told her I was just trying to pick up my order. she asked me to go to the garage in which the male handed me my order. No acknowledgment or apology for what I experienced with this company. I wanted to support this company and that's why I took a chance to get them to embroider my company apparel based on some of their reviews but I will highly not recommend this company to anyone due to the unprofessionalism and lack of acknowledgment of problems encountered, especially with their lack of communication. Take your items elsewhere.
