BEWARE: On 12/8/22, my company provided SignPros with a deposit payment of $775 for Invoice #32084. The invoice total was $1750, with the balance due upon completion of work. SignPros completed the work, and on 5/2/23, we provided Sign Pros with a card number to pay the final balance of the sign installation. Instead of charging the actual balance [$1750 - $775 = $975], our card was charged $1750, a $775 overcharge. Thinking this was an honest mistake, we reached out to SignPros requesting a refund on the overcharge of $775. We have spoken to the owner and staff since that time, and have been provided a myriad of excuses such as they "wouldn't be able to get to this issue for a month because they were moving." It doesn't take a month to research an overcharge. Overcharging someone's card and refusing to reimburse them is dishonest. It's unfortunate that it has to come to this, but we've been more than patient. I have copies of all of the documentation, including the charges to our card. Our next step will be to file in Civil Court. read more
