They even assisted a customer that came in after me. Once I was finally assisted at the front desk, the person assisting was not warm or friendly at all. She was even quick to cut me off and deligate about what items she wanted to hear about first. The same way she didn't greet me coming in, is the same way she didn't say bye on my way out. Hopefully, their stitch work is better than their customer service. Nevertheless, I will never return to this location simply because of their rudeness.

I was there first thing in the morning and was happy to see that she had many customers that trusted her with their clothing items. My dress had to be taken in, but it was a tricky job as there was only once piece of lace and beading for the entire top. She pinned it and discussed options for how to go about altering in, but in the end I told her that I trusted her. Super satisfied! I…read moreso forgot I committed to going to a formal event months ago... fast forward and the event is 72 hours away. I visited several shops but didn't see any dress of interest. As a result, I took a look in my closet and saw a dress that would be perfect for the black tie affair. I wore the dress last year and it was a huge eye catcher amongst guests. So I figured I'd put it in rotation again. It's now 48 hours before the event... I realize the zipper was off track from the last time I wore it and didn't get it fixed. I reached to family members and they were unsuccessful in fixing it. It's now 24 hours left, I heades to YouTube for quick fixes. Unsuccessful there too! Now it's crunch time and I'm panicking. The night before the event, I searched seamstress on Yelp and to my surprise a lot of places were suggested. Ok good! I bookmarked a few places, I had a game plan for Friday morning. I called at least two places. One shop didn't answer and another, the seamstress advised she was busy during this time of year and she doesn't offer same day alterations. I'm starting to get nervous... placing the third call. Brittany... saved the day!!! I called, she confirmed same day alterations... confirmed location... this place was within walking distance from my location but I drove to save time. The lady that helped was super sweet!! We engaged in conversation and she even placed a call to someone to see if a certain color zipper was available. My original zipper was yellow and I hoped to have the same, but it wasn't available for the turnaround time I was expecting. As a result, I chose between: nude, dark brown and white. The lady chose white... I said ok but was a bit uneasy... I drove back to the shop and changed to the nude zipper. She advised my dress will be ready for pick up at 2 pm. I dropped the dress off about 10:30 am. I confirmed the time twice. Tonight was the night and I was counting on Brittany. I arrived about 2:30 pm to see my dress hanging up ready for pick up! I checked it out before paying and walking out... it was perfect!!! I paid $30 for the service. Now IDK if this is considered expensive, but taking into account: crunch time, convenience, turnaround time, labor, gratifcation... I paid the $30 gladly!! The lady present said she was "Brittany" when I asked her but IDK... Parking is limited but there are just enough spaces present for this mini store front shopping area. Beside the shop, I believe there's a barbershop and a printshop in the same strip. It was easy to find via Google Maps. Based on my experience, I wholeheartedly recommend this shop! Before leaving, Ms. Brittany gave me some sample beauty products to try. She has a set up of products she sells aside from alterations. This was cute and super unexpected. I haven't used the products but if I can locate them (freebies) I'll test them out. This shop is definitely high on my list if I need future alterations. Have fun and enjoy life :)

We had a very tough week leading up to it, and as challenging as it was, that's how wonderful our wedding day turned out to be. This day could not have happened without our vendors, who each had a very important role. I want to thank a very special family-owned business. Thank you, Bonney Cleaners, for cleaning and pressing our dresses and Charlie's shirt. Everything looked beautiful. When I went there, I met the owners, who are the sweetest family ever. Their daughter was so reassuring and friendly, and even gave me a small gift. They buy gifts to have on hand when a bride comes in. I was so blown away by their kindness. When I picked up our dresses, they had me pull up to the door, and loaded them carefully into the car for me. They are excellent at what they do, and very kind-hearted people. I highly recommend them if you need anything dry cleaned.

Since I was wearing an undershirt I stood around for a few minutes while the lady worked on moving buttons. She used a needle to mark the sleeve while I was still wearing the shirt and she pricked me just a bit while marking where to move the button. A little ouch... When she was done one sleeve was a little tighter than the other but it's way better than what the dress shirt was originally. Not a terrible job but I do notice the inconsistency. $5 for the quick work... I suppose that's okay.

Glitter was all on the floor, subsequently getting on my dress. Marilyn is bad for her daughter's business. I have BBB investigating this further.
