From our first interaction with Phyllis to riding with Rick- super pleasant! We had a beautiful private ride which started at meeting other riders at a Starbucks, then we were all shuttled to our take off spot. Once there we watched as the crews got the balloons ready. Then we were off. Being first time patrons we were skeptical and a bit nervous but the ascend and descend couldn't have been more smooth. Two thumbs up to the entire crew! Would highly recommend this company. And yes, believe it or not it's worth the price!

Which is kind of a pet peeve of mine, I think all businesses should be on top of their email. I called at the end of February and the first available weekend fly date was the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. Based on some of the experiences here I didn't think a two month lead time was not bad at all. We arrived for our flight bright and early at the Rejuvenation Cafe at 6am. The cafe was easy to find and there was plenty of parking. I did feel like it was a bit too much of waiting around once you got there, I'm not sure if they build in so much time for late comers or what the strategy is there. The employees were all friendly and seemed excited to fly that day. They blow up a few helium balloons and let them go to see the path the balloon you are in will take. Crazy right? A helium balloon basically shows what your path will be, makes sense but just a weird thing to think about. We were given a brief safety briefing and had a chance to ask questions if people had any. Then it was time to blow up the balloons, it was really neat to see! Then we were in the basket and we were off. It was a cool experience but not something I would want to do again. The fiance was the one who wanted to do it in the first place. I had a good experience with this company and would recommend them to others.

The process was easy, the rate was competitive and the rental agent gave me my choice of vehicle which doesn't always happen. There was a little confusion on whether I'd requested the prepaid gas option or not but we worked that out quickly. I was happy and satisfied with my rental experience from National Rental Car in Asheville North Carolina and I hope you will be also.

This is one of those super small airport joint rental car facilities all at one desk so I can see the line getting really bad at times. I was lucky. Didn't even have to look bc the numbered spots are easy to see and find. Covered garage parking which was a win bc it started raining just as the plane landed. If return is a hassle - which I doubt - I'll update. Otherwise it's a win.

I wasn't sure how long I would need the rental but Keith at Enterprise assured me that extending the length of the rental would not be a problem. Reservation: an arrangement to have something, such as a table at a restaurant, a hotel room, or a seat on an airplane, held for your use at a later time. Maybe because Google's definition doesn't specifically mention the word "car" they don't beleive it applies? I reserved a car for today at 9:30. They then called me this morning to tell me that they gave it to one of the local auto body shops and they didn't have anything for me. OK they're bigger fish, it's annoying but I get it. Then I called back to ask if they had anything at one of their other locations. The guy first gave me a different story as to why my car wasn't reserved, then said I should call.
