They do not answer the phone or SMS, and they take days to reply to emails. We spent over $3.5k with this store and the product was faulty. They did nothing to help but passed the buck of the problem onto the manufacturer. As they are the retailer, they should be organising and supporting the warranty. Have a look at their reviews on Google as well. They are a terrible business. When I finally got onto them via phone, they tried to turn it back on me because I was being angry. Sure thing -- if you paid $3.5k with a retailer and then they wouldn't answer or talk to you, you'd be pissed by the time you got onto them too. He refused to help, insisted it wasn't his problem, told me to work it out with the manufacturer, and then hung up on me. He's a terrible businessperson with no idea and does not deserve your money.
