We decided to go with this local company for our large LED sign above our dental office. The attention to detail was great and our logo came out AMAZING. Customer service was top notch, Gabriel is super helpful with permitting and the step by step process to get the sign approved and installed. We couldn't be happier with the result and the warranty that was offered on the product we bought was triple the timeframe offered by other companies we got quotes from. Sign On Has handled our needs for our local car wash. They do a superb job and have super high quality led signs than major franchisers are using. Before you sign on with the sign company your looking at give them a call. The quality that you may need to project for your clients going by is not something you want to miss. I had no clue about the various resolutions in signs until I spoke with them. We were about to make a several thousand dollar mistake until they helped us understand why there was a cost differential with the quality we were looking at. Pay attention to the signs you pass by and you'll see that some look good and some look like poor and actually can strain your eyes when viewing. Get the best out there and a great education on what you really need to drive attention. Give sign on a call today. You won't be disappointed. read more

Months ago, Quenzel, acting at the direction of my former business partner, took control of my business's website, removed my administrative access, and refused to return shared access despite my repeated written requests and clarification provided by my attorney. My efforts to resolve this appropriately, professionally, and amicably were ignored or mishandled. After a lengthy process, control of my company's website has finally been restored. My experience with Quenzel has been extremely negative--they were hostile, unprofessional, and failed to deliver satisfactory work. Sign On has been great to work with. We got our first digital sign for our business from them 2 years ago and noticed an increase in our foot traffic almost immediately. We get compliments on the sign often. We had one service call after about 18 months and they were there immediately and they had the sign back on in minutes, honoring their warranty. Very professional and prompt, even after sale. They handle all of our sign needs now. I am getting two vehicles wrapped by them this month and I'm sure they will do a great job with those as well.
