If I could give less then one star I would. I have spent hour trying to get someone on site. Scheduled 5 times with no call no show. This is a consistent problem and it's honestly unacceptable for a business. Absolutely zero follow thru and zero caring. They almost have a monopoly on the industry which seems like it would only give you more of a reason to show up and help.... but no. No call no show. Unacceptable. Some guy with the name of Tim keeps setting expectations that either are not able to be met or are a complete and total lie. Don't trust Siemens. Not someone you should trust with your building monitoring. read more
