I have to say that all of the staff, (cna's, therapy, dietary, nursing and even the office staff) were all amazing. They answered all my questions, even before she was admitted, the care they gave was above and beyond the norm, and throughout her stay they provided everything she needed to recuperate so she was safe when she went home. I can not say thank you enough for the compassion and kindness you gave her. You all deserve a big round of applause.

I stopped the girl who roomed me in the hallway and asked her what the holdup was. And she said, Dr. Carter was not back from lunch yet.!! But as soon as he gets back, you're ready to go. When Dr. Carter finally arrived, he said, sorry I'm late. I had to pick up things for the clinic.. WOW!! Don't they have people to take care of things like that. Why would a doctor have to go pick up things for the clinic? I was not late for my appointment. So why was he late. Now everyone behind me has to wait too!! Even if the patient before me was late and he didn't get to lunch on time. I would think on a professionalism. He would postpone his lunch or shorten it up. So that his schedule would be met! If I could give half a star I would! I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

Everything went MUCH smoother except for when I was placed in the room to see the Dr the lady who put me in the room never turned on the "ready" light so I sat and waited 20 minutes before the Dr happened to walk past the room and see that I was sitting in there. The Dr was very nice, fast and efficient. I will be returning. Just word of advice though, if you wait longer than 10 minutes make sure to ask someone what the delay is as they may not realize that you are there. :)

He examined me, took x rays and saw that my tooth was infected and needed to come out immediately. He got me in the next day even though it was his day off, along with his assistant who had the day off also. He performed a root canal and I was in and out in two hours. This was compounded by my medical condition which included chemo therapy. Dr. Hansen even contacted my Hematologist at Mayo Clinic to let him know that this procedure was not invasive and the risk of infection was zero. Dr. Hansen and his assistant went above and beyond on this particular day. He saved me from a great deal of pain and possible complications because of my medical condition. I have nothing but praise for Dr. Hansen and his team!! If you need a dentist, Central Park Dendistry is definitely the place to go!!
