I had a flight, which included one of the best chocolate stouts I have ever had, since they're using Mexican cacao nibs. Their IPA and Pale Ale was also excellent, as is their Saison. Also, the local burger and greens were stellar. If you are in the Xalapa are, definitely check out this little brewery. Since their tanks are so small, I imagine they quickly tap out of flavors. Xalapa has had a burgeoning craft beer scene for a while now, but this one really stands out.

Both were quite tasty and had a high enough ABV (around 8) to put a little wobble in my step. The Cuasar which is an IPA was phenomenal - alongside the Session IPA, Wheat, and Oatmeal Stout. The food was amazing as well - it paired perfectly with the beer.
