I think his staff may be to blame as nurse Catherine was communicating with me and she was very rude and made excuse after excuses but if you're a Doctor you should know your staff is making you lose patients. I'm a stroke patient so my medication has to be filled on time. I would not recommend because they have problems.

Never heard of it and I would rather make a visit to a CVS Minute Clinic. The waiting area was just nasty. And the women up front are horrible people who should not be working with the public. Running their mouths behind the counter when the customers/patients can hear them out front. I mean especially running your mouths and talking crap about your patients when they can hear you? Are you serious? I told them to just cancel my appointment. So I was not seen that day. And I'm sure as hell never going back to this shithole of a doctors office. I called 6 times in one day and got dumped into mail boxes that where full and when they got tired of me calling they dumped me to kings mountain and I have never been there.I got blood work done 3 weeks ago and they never called to let me know anything. I have a medical problem and am going to have a procedure done on the 14th of july and they want to know what Ann Brock wants my INR to run and no one there answered my message which I sent straight to her nurse. Shame on Ann Brock for letting this happen. There has got to be someone over her. But I can't get anyone to call me back. I am going to take steps to solve this problem in a higher department.
