Came in today and the level of professionalism behind the counter is staggering. Further, I guess they think the majority of women are a size small. Check out the sections, 60-70% of the product is in size small and anything else is very poorly represented. Training is needed for staff. Use of cuss words and loud shouting and frankly ignoring buying customers is truly truly bewildering. I share this having purchased a dress where the attendant ripped the tag off so in case I wanted to return or exchange that wouldn't be an option. This wasn't on clearance or anything special. Just one of the very few size large dresses available. I wish they would get their act together because prices are fair and I love the concept. So much easier than thrifting, but at the expense of listening to teenagers act unprofessional and lack of proper size options..... no thanks.
