We selected a hat and scarf and Angela led us to the holiday background. Angela had treats and was super patient with our pup. I felt bad that our girl wasn't being cooperative initially but Angela was easy going and just kept trying to get the shot. Finally, our dog stayed in place and Angela started snapping pics. She showed us what she had to be sure there was something there that we liked, and there was a perfect picture that we loved. We got our pic in email a couple days later and it was ADORABLE! We'd definitely recommend Dapper Paws. It was a fun experience and we appreciated how good Angela was with our little fur girl.

Didn't know what to expect but once I arrived so many people have come to take pictures and I see why now! Angie is so great with all the animals and made my little one feel comfortable and at ease. Charlee loved getting his photo taken and Angie was very patient with him. Since the first photo I loved it so much that once I found out they were doing it again for Valentine's Day, I drove over 1/2 hr just so he can get his picture taken again by Angie. Thank you so much for capturing these moments for my baby!

We LOVE DANIELLE!!!!…read more We got our portraits done with Danielle and can't stop thinking about how great of an experience it was! Our dog (And us humans lol) have a bit of anxiety in general but Danielle was so warm, welcoming, accommodating, friendly and made us all feel so comfortable. She was also so professional, thoughtful, efficient, and great at communicating. And- GREAT sense of humor! Her space is warm, fun, and it felt like we were transformed to another place, outside our stressful daily lives. We all had a great time and will cherish our photos forever. It is truly special to have such nice photos of us and our dog- They turned out AMAZING!!! We plan on going back for annual portraits!

My experience was even better than I could've imagined -- all that and more! I was blown away by Danielle's expertise and chops with her craft. She had all these tricks up her sleeve to get my sweet but nervous cat to relax and light up in front of the camera. She was also so kind and accommodating with me. The photos she took were the CUTEST! I got the 90's pet montage and am just so obsessed with her playful and creative photography style. She captured my cat's personality and different facial expressions perfectly. I can't wait to print out and hang up these pictures!! She really is the best pet photographer in LA and beyond. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. So worth it and I'm already scheming to come back for a group photography session. Thank you so much Danielle!!

Before our session I filled out a Creative Session Questionnaire which asked detailed questions about Scout and what we were looking for in the session. When it came to photoshoot day both Christy and Katherin were more than prepared for us. They had planned ahead different spots of where to shoot Scout and different types of shots. From action shots to profile shots you name it we did it. I loved how conscientious they were of my baby. They brought along water, toys and even Scout's favorite treats! Every shot was like a game to Scout and she was really enjoying herself. Both ladies were very friendly and extremely professional. You can easily tell this is more than just a job this is definitely their passion. We all really enjoyed working with them and plan on using the photos for our up and coming dog training business. Will definitely be using them again

My dog was completely at ease, and the final shots are full of charm and personality. I can't recommend them enough for anyone who wants keepsake photos of their pet!

Wow... The Salty Studio is truly something special!…read more From the very beginning, Katelin made the entire experience feel warm, inviting, and thoughtfully personalized. She took the time to really understand the vision I had for my photoshoot and the types of moments I wanted captured, which made everything feel so intentional and meaningful. I booked a session for my older pup and my daughter (and even jumped in for a few photos myself!), and Katelin was absolutely incredible with both of them. She was so patient, especially with my fur baby, and so natural with my daughter--guiding her with poses that fit her age, making her laugh, and keeping things fun and light the entire time. What really stood out to me was how unrushed the session felt. Unlike other photoshoots where you feel like you're on the clock, Katelin created a relaxed environment where we could explore different backdrops, props, and ideas without any pressure. It made such a difference. She has an amazing eye and such a creative vision--it's clear she's incredibly talented and experienced. We even got to see a few glimpses of the photos during the session, and they were SO cute! I also saw some of her past work printed, and the quality is absolutely impeccable. This wasn't just a photoshoot--it was an experience. I'm already so excited to see the final images and would highly recommend Katelin to anyone looking to capture special moments, especially with family or pets. She's truly amazing!

Scheduling is always easy through the phone or email. They keep track of vaccines to make sure we submit them when required. I love that my two pups can stay together in a jr suite and there is a camera to view them from an app. They don't spend much time in their room during the day so makes me happy to know that they are getting lots of love and walks and play time in their big indoor play area. In…read more2023/2024 I found the dog resort extremely helpful as a day time dog sitter for 4-6 hrs at a time. My dog didn't seem to mind it and always came back calmer so I decided to leave him here for 9 days while I went away for a trip. I don't recall the exact costs. Probably between 900-1100 dollars for daily walks and his home provided food. I asked the employees to put on his sweater at night. It wasn't a question it was a very important task they agreed to. He was a very small 8 pound yorkie and was always cold. When I came back my dog was not his normal self. That already made me highly suspicious about getting his walks. He was coughing a lot, not sleeping but also lethargic. I took him to the vet and he had pneumonia. Meaning, he was cold from day 1 and got worse for the remainder of his stay and I never got a call from here. From there he got sicker and sicker and I had to put him down. I was devastated and desperate to get him back to normal for months! I recommend people never leave their dogs in places like this. Sure you save money and they may or may not have company (depending on their personality) but you're better off vetting a dog sitter to check in or stay with your dog at home. In the end you may save yourself an onslaught of vet bills from trying to figure what is making your dog so ill when back from a trip. At least with an in home dog sitter they're more like to stay alive and healthy. If you have a small dog with specific needs get someone who can cater to your dog with love and care. I highly suggest NEVER leaving your dog for overnight or extended stays. I hate that it took me so long to post this but my grief was too strong to do it before. I wanted to sue, I wanted my money back, but I was so sad and I couldn't bring myself to do much other than focus on him and move on with my life. I'll never get another dog after this experience.
