I left town without my computer that very night, and I was itching ever since to get online and see what she had captured on film. I got back just a few hours ago and checked; o my god. Really. I was there, right next to her, as she snapped away, but I can tell you that I didn't see the magic that she captured. Somehow, she captured the essence of the dogs. She got their personalities, she got their spirits, she got the very core of who they are. I'm not just talking about my own dogs; she did get some incredible shots of my own two, but I'm biased maybe a little. The other dogs came through in her film as pure and true to life as if they were living right there in the picture (Harry Potter style!) Tammy's calm and gentle persona allowed the dogs to be who they are, with very little prompting from her. It's hard to take photos with dogs; they don't exactly say cheese or understand "3..2...1" countdowns. Somehow, with skill and with the great love of dogs, Tammy makes it happen.
