The past three years working with Aman & Peters has been as great as doing taxes possibly can be…read more Their professionalism, above and beyond service, and their ability to explain things so that anyone can understand is unparalleled. Ruth not only does a great job handling my personal taxes but also all of our business accounting throughout the year. There have been many tax changes lately and I feel comfort in knowing she is extremely detailed (honestly I have no clue how she keeps up with everything the way she does) and she is always analyzing tax laws and changes to make sure I am optimizing my rightfully due tax return. For example as the tax laws went into effect at the end of 2017 Ruth personally reached out to me to advise me to follow some steps she laid out that would make the most sense for me. If she hadn't of cared enough to do that it would have cost me money down the road. The staff is also extremely professional and courteous. Carrie is always right on top of everything and even takes the time to walk me through those steps I should probably know by now but can't seem to remember. I couldn't recommend anyone with more confidence than Aman & Peters.

After we opened our business, we wanted a nearby CPA with history. This year marks 25 years in…read morebusiness. A friend of mine recommended William Bostic and provided his number. This is the second year we've used this CPA and we're very happy with the service provided. They have two offices. One in Beulaville and Richlands. We use the Richlands office for convenience. First year he did an interview to ask questions and see what we need for our tax returns. He explained a lot that was extremely helpful and informative. Both years have been very easy and painless. Lol. Our individual and business taxes last year required an extension, but this year made it right in time. For some reason it takes a while for all of our tax forms to become available. Is what it is. We think for the service and convenience the value is great. An added bonus, throughout the year he is available to answer any questions we have had. We'll continue using William Bostic CPA for our tax needs. Recommend giving him a try.

When something unforeseen occurs in your house, such as a pipe bursting in your washing machine,…read morethe last thing you want to be concerned about is addressing or negotiating insurance claims and adjusters. But, this is exactly what you will have to do. Just having to manage the cleaning, repairing, and replacing of anything is stressful enough on its own. Working with Steven at Caroline Claims Solutions was hands down the smartest thing I could have done during this process. He was highly informative, responsive, and forthcoming with information on the whole process of filing the insurance claim. I gave him the responsibility of battling on my behalf, and he more than lived up to my expectations. On my claim, he successfully secured a return that was more than fair. I have the highest regard for both him and Carolina Claims Solutions, and I would strongly suggest them to anybody who is dealing with an unanticipated issue in their house and needs assistance with their insurance. If you allow Caroline Claims Solutions to handle the task for you, you won't come to regret your decision.

I contacted them at the beginning of April and was told they would need to file for an extension…read morebecause they were very busy. I said fine and prepaid my fee including the extra extension fee. I uploaded all documents to the website in the first week of April and my return still isn't ready. I check in every few weeks and get nothing but delays. I'm very unhappy that it's been almost 4 months and I still don't have a completed return. While the office staff has been pleasant, I don't recommend using them unless you have the patience of Job.

If I could give negative stars I would. After our CPA retired after taking care of us for over a…read moredecade, I found this company on google and the staff initially seemed impressive, but looks are definitely deceiving. I was scammed by them for 3 years (2020-2023) and its been 2 years since I finally had enough and fired them, and in that 2 years leading up to this review, I STILL have not fixed all the mistakes, late filings and mess with both the state and federal IRS that this incompetent company put me in. Not to mention the over $15K in penalties I'm still fighting that they accrued BC they couldn't do their job. Mind you that my business is not complicated, it just my husband and I, no employees, 6 to 7 invoices a month. All business transactions are on a QuickBooks. I have all the emails and correspondence to prove how incompetent these people are and depending on how this all finally goes with the IRS we might be filing suit. Now having had to do my own research they are also WAY overpriced for the services they "advertise" even if they actually did them. My new CPA is 1/4 of the cost and had my remaining taxes Carrington didn't file reviewed, repaired, filed ELECTRIONICALLY with a conformation in under 2 hours while I sat in her office. All I received from Katrina was dozens of excuses and delays, saying she "could not file" bc my EIN number was bad (It obviously wasn't even after I showed her an updated letter). Turns out in all reality Carrington simply couldn't SPELL my company name correctly, even though she had my past returns to review. Why did we stay so long? BC despite the delays and excuses I was always assured all would be taken care of, and at the time I knew as much about taxes as a rock and being self-employed we both work LONG hours, so I was easily duped into believing that garbage they were feeding me. I can only imagine that they stay in business BC its a military town and new people come and go regularly and they fall for the same scam I did. I hope this review helps anyone looking for CPA services to steer FAR AWAY from this absolutely incompetent company. Their slogan "Do what you love. Let us handle the accounting!" is most definitely false advertising. Please do not make the same mistake we did.
