Cancellation was given about 5 minutes before job was supposed to start. Job was rescheduled for 10 days later. Jon showed up at the newly scheduled time and did a great job. Was told I'd get a copy of the receipt when I paid at the job, but had to call to get that provided to me. All in all job was done well and price was OK

Beyond the…read moreexcellent work he does, he communicates extremely well on top of being very personable, which is often overlooked and not always the easiest attribute to come across. I first hired Kurt to do a privacy fence for me which unfortunately we could not get a permit for so we had him stain our deck instead. He advised us of the best stain to go with and made sure we knew and understood everything about the process. Our home is only a year old but it was time to get the deck protected and he made sure this was long term. The deck is just beautiful. It stands out so much in our neighborhood. Kurt was quick, efficient, timely and just did top notch work. I have seen his other work that he's done on pictures as well and its all excellent. Beyond all of this, Kurt helped me with lawn tips and installed my lawn striping kit free of charge... He went out of his way to make sure I was happy and always made sure that both my wife and I got everything we expected and more... To say I recommend him is an understatement. I will absolutely be using him for any future jobs that I have... Thanks Kurt!!

The techs are professional and polite. They take care of the issue while keeping you fully aware of the potential cost. Full disclosure throughout the entire process. I highly recommend getting over any preconceptions you may have of a larger company and put your trust in them. I have not been disappointed.

Recommended by my real estate agent. Fairly new to area. Made appointment on Friday and was told…read morethey could come Wednesday. Was put on list in case there were cancellations. There were not. Planned ahead and took today off from work -- UNPAID. Had several messages the last few days on how I could track my tech, and when the tech would arrive. Also got texts over the weekend from bot wanting the appliance info I'd already given them when I set apptment, which was weird. Was fully expecting tech today. TRUSTED the company. Got message at 8:07 this morning !!!!! that tech had an emergency and wouldn't be coming. They'd randomly rescheduled me for another WEEK -- on a day I'm not available!!!! They apparently have only ONE repair person??? Is that the story? It didn't occur to them to shift around schedules so they could accommodate folks like me who built their work week around the appointment TODAY???? They think it's good customer service to cancel last minute??? I'm already out a ton of cash because I took today off. I don't know whether this place is good or not, but if they can't figure out how to get a repair person out to a job, if they think it's okay to cancel last minute, if they don't have the thinking skills to see how damaging it is to a client when they cancel last minute -- how the heck am I supposed to entrust they've got the thinking skills necessary to repair my appliance?
