Last year we had Roberts install a new HVAC system in our 115 year old farmhouse. However, this summer, we did not need any of the 4 window units to maintain comfort in our second story bedrooms, and this winter was the first winter that our house easily maintained 70 degrees in the deep freeze weeks of December.
