Recently chose Shred Station for a one-off service when we moved house as they were very cheap compared with other shredding companies, and I noticed on their website they have don't send anything to landfill. Had 10 bags of old documents in the loft all gone within a few minutes and the driver who collected the bags was pleasant enough. No issues at all. read more

I booked months in advance with this company to deal with my confidential shredding in the middle of a complex office move. They were inflexible about timing but I made it work because their quote was so reasonable, more fool me. On the day, two hours after they were due, and after over an hour of waiting for someone to call me back they confirmed they were not coming. On the phone they kept calling it a misunderstanding which was infuriating as they very simply failed in the job they had said they would do, and hadn't even bothered to tell me. They offered to come back two days later, at a time that suited them and I was amazingly lucky to find a local Cube Datastore who saved the day with charm and an amazingly reasonable price! Use them, don't bother with shred station, they might let you down and clearly don't value our business read more
