Our package included a 14 day stay in Bali and Yogyakarta (we started in Bali, traveled to Yogya and returned to Bali for a few days before flying back to the States). Weni made sure that EVERY detail was covered, before the trip and during. Our guide in Bali was Yerry. As other reviewers have said, Yerry was kind, accomodating and well-informed. And he was an EXCELLENT driver. Our guides in Yogya (Salif and Rocky) were just as wonderful. They made sure they took us to all of the great attractions but that they also accomodated our wishes to see/experience things that weren't on the beaten tourist path (like the bird market and a spot with gudeg that we are STILL craving!). And the accomodations!!! Each hotel/villa was better than the last! The trip wasn't cheap, but for what we got, it was worth every cent! We went during the rainy season and highly recommend it. When it rained, it only lasted for an hour or two, the average temp was in the mid 80s and best of all, there weren't many tourists (a couple of the hotels we stayed at were virtually empty!) Just one suggestion---make sure that you build some downtime in your schedule. While we loved the fact that our tour was chock full of sites and activities, we would have liked to have a day or two of downtime just to relax by the private infinity pools ;) Our only regret is that Weni doesn't handle travel across the globe! We would use her every time we traveled! She is simply THAT good! Trust us, you will NOT be disappointed.

Most impressively Weni quickly reacted to flight cancellations and made sure that we were taken care of on the next available flights without us having to worry about anything. We really recommend using DoyanTravel. Weni put a great itinerary together for us. We really loved the boat ride down the river ways in Borneo and visiting camp Leakey. Also our guide in Bali, Oka, was great and just driving through Bali or walking through a rice field with him was awesome. Where to start. I used them because I found great reviews…read moreonline. The reality is different. First I spoke with a secretary who sent me a questionnaire longer than a job application. She told me they would review it and then set up a phone conference with Donna (the owner). That was three days later because her schedule was all "booked". never heard of such a thing. I finally speak to her which was over a 45 minute conversation and she said she would send me an itinerary in over a week because she had 50 other clients ahead. Long and behold 2 weeks have passed and no follow up not even a courtesy email. They are so unprofessional. The whole point of a travel agency is for them to book things for you. I've never heard of all this fuss for a trip and in the end to not receive anything. If you are interested in New Zealand or Australia trips use aspire down under. Shelly provided me an itinerary overnight. Unlike this company who clearly should not be in business or get more help.
