He did not show up when he should have and left 3-4" of hard pack snow in my driveway. He also did not shovel the sidewalk as was agreed in the contract. He made a mess of my lawn - front and back, and did not come back in the spring to put new seed down. I paid over $800, and did a lot of shoveling on my own. Again, beware, do not hire him.

Owner Tim said he would NOT file an insurance claim without proof. Pretty shady and deceptive. I reminded him that his staff was on MY property installing the fence. Blasting their radio all day long & I never complained. He then said he would not continue our conversation on the "Lord's Day" since I was hostile. To which I replied that's not very Christian like. Really? You're going to use that Christian garbage & then refuse to repair my damaged property. Owner Tim then started talking over me, said have a blessed day & hung up. I then asked him for an estimate to design a flower bed for the front and sides of my house. I had several estimates and chose a different landscaper for that job as I liked his design the best. I now need someone to mow/trim my lawns weekly and called Kerns for an estimate. He slammed the phone in my face saying I ghosted him last time. Not true. I simply went with another landscaper. Very rude, unprofessional and angry. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
