Why haven't anyone ever written a review for this place?…read more Probably because people are a lot more wiser than I, in selecting barber shops. I came here because it was located across from where I workout. I had some time to spare before my gym class, and was in need of my beard being tamed after 3 months... -__- I walked into a hole in the wall, minus the good music & good spirits. Nothing like my gym. Why didn't I walk out? All of the male barbers were occupied, so I go to the first chair & say "hey, I need my beard tamed." There was a woman sitting in the chain, reading a book of some sort... Now I like women, I like to believe they know how to do a "beautification job" better than men. Nope, not this one. It bothered me FIRST that I sat in her chair & she didn't say ANYTHING to me as to what I wanted, she just grabbed the clippers & went for it. I let her line me up. Then I saw her grabbing her bigger clippers. I stopped her & said. "Now, I have sensitive skin, & I do not want you to chop off anything, I want to keep it messy looking... almost natural". She says "Okay". She had these headphones in her ear & reeked of cigarettes, which really made this a lot more unpleasant. She of coursed chopped off more of my beard than I EVER wanted, & she burned/bruised my skin with her clippers, which I now have to walk around with. I am highly upset. There is rage in my soul when I look at my face & see the damage that is done. I slept on doing this, woke up & felt worst about the situation when I saw that my skin was just terrible looking. I'm a fan of helping my people, but I'll never step foot into this place again, & do not think you should either.
