Not Only was I treated unprofessionally, but the student was as well. My purse was recently stolen and I had to order a new drivers license when I got to the welcome center. I showed them the delivery order and the license order and situation the young guy at the gate had to go in and speak to this overweight girl with who is taking her job a little too serious and she refused to allow me to deliver the order. They told me to call the customer and make her come to the welcome center which is a 15 minute walk one way and it is over 70° today with all of her groceries. Which would have taken her at least three trips she was finally able to find a ride up there, but the welcome center only had one available parking spot. to be a handicap spot. And even though the overweight lady knew that they were coming up there to quickly get the groceries she sent the extremely overly aggressive wanna be police out there to harass these poor kids. I was absolutely shocked at how aggressive he was approaching them knowing they were just picking up their groceries that the fat girl wanted them to walk in the heat to get knowing that she would never do that. They were so apologetic and polite to this man, and he just continued to talk to them like they were beneath him had that been my kid he was speaking to I would have went to jail today and the fact that parents pay as much money as they do for these kids to attend that school just for them to be treated like that is insane to me!!!!!! there is absolutely no justification for how any of that played out today!! that wanna be police officer and that overweight girls need a serious lesson in professionalism!!!! I have never seen that type of behavior from anyone at College until today and honestly, I could care less about how they treated me but the way that they treated students at that campus is absolutely not. OK. Y'all should be ashamed!! them sweet kids look like they wanted to cry. They said that that is the normal there.

It was a beautiful place to get off the road for an hour and enjoy the peace.

I'm going to be honest with you; I hate this school. I signed up to be able to be on campus. I…read morestill ended up having to do most of my schooling online. Not only that, but the instructors are also lazy, and they are independent meaning you cannot contact the school about your class, they will send you to your instructor. Most of my classes that were online was being graded by a system that made more mistakes than I did. Nobody is double checking it to even see if it is accurate. I would have to contact the instructors constantly about it and still ended up failing because most of the time they are not responding. And I wasted a whole semester learning something, none of it was on the test, but the instructor added a course at the end that had no assignments what so ever, just a week before the final exam, she said here study this, this what your test will be on, there are no assignments for this chapter so you're on your own. Meanwhile nothing I learned or practiced was actually on the test. This was my last time actually trying, I am 33 years old. I will not be wasting my money on any type of school again. And I mean this! Because guess what will happen if I say something, nothing. I will most likely have to take the course again.

At this Gothic tradition, described by Jon Meacham, "...visitors come from across the South to experience classic services modeled on the choral majesty of King's College Chapel in Cambridge, England." From last year's program, "In this service we present the double meaning of the Advent season. From the West Door, the Responsory of ancient Matins on Advent Sunday announces the hope of Messiah. Then, the Choir and Chancel party will move in procession from west to east, illustrating the theme "from darkness to light." The subsequent readings and music direct attention to the coming of Messiah, and further, to the Second Coming at the End of the Age. The Christian Church lives between these two points: the first, Christmastide with the incarnation of the Son of God, and the second, His coming again to judge and to recreate His universe." At this service, All Saints is decked out with beautiful poinsettias and the Priest dispenses incense. The stained glass windows are absolutely stunning and the chapel is beautiful! Lessons and Carols annually attracts nearly 3000 people to Sewanee! 2025 will be the 66th Festival of Lessons and Carols! When I have attended tickets were free and it's really important to arrive early, as their is always a line to enter this especially beautiful chapel for this service! The Course at "Sewanee" golf course is absolutely lovely, too! It is a nine hole golf course that was redesigned in 2013. It opened for play in 1915. Thanks, Sewanee for 13,000 beautiful Tennessee acres, and the annual "A Festival Service of Nine Lessons and Carols."
