She did some more clipping. I just said fine and went to pay. I was surprised to find out there was a $3 dollar plus cleaning charge that they added to my bill. I was surprised that they came up with a health cost. That was a first for me. So I over paid for a mediocre haircut. I am crossing cost cutters of the list. There are plenty of other barbers or stylist that will gladly take my money.
