Total unprofessional company, does not return emails or texts. Never takes accountability for their actions. Turns the situation on you, calling you a liar. Would never utilize or recommend them to anyone! Stay far away! read more

I spoke with the owner Troy Grover of T-Rex Excavating Ltd and I apologized for this review that was meant for Trevor Moen from a different organization with a similar name. Troy is a great guy who has done amazing things for our local community during the years. I spoke with people for which Troy did various projects and all have excellent reviews. Unfortunately as I can't retrieve that old review I can't delete it. I asked YElon if they can help!

So from an employee standard management is disorganized and insincere. My husband was laid off after recovering from breaking his back while training with Okanagan search and rescue. During his time there he was having to work with staff who are stoned all day . High staff turnover and one staff in particular who's been banned from Property due to his rude and threatening behaviour , still allowed to work for the company, was even paid to come back. They are desperate for staff yet treat them Like garbage . If there was a zero rating I would pick that one . read more

First, they delivered wrong flooring and tried to talk me into using it (four diff times) and then said what I put down my deposit on was discontinued. Samples were still on the floor weeks later! When I asked for my deposit back, they stalled and all of a sudden, a week later they managed to find enough. Then when they came to install it they damaged my kitchen counter top. The flooring installer pulled the dishwasher. I had paid extra for the plumber to do it (I live in a condo and it was required). They charged for product never used (matching T-molding and for moving my buffet and hutch which was already emptied and moved by friends), not to mention the extra charges for plumber. They have not accepted full responsibility for repairs to my countertop. An awful experience to say the least. I cannot in good conscious recommend them. DIY only.
